Lending A Hand
Quest giver: Luther.
Rewards: 3,000 XP, Composite Sledgehammer, Ferocious Perk.
Speak to a very distressed Luther in the Lotusville apartments of the Serling Hotel where you will be tasked with retrieving a stinky bag from the basement that Denise has thrown down the trash chute due to its smell.
Head down to the basement, collect the bag then fight your way back up to the top floor of the Serling with it.

Scooped
Quest giver: You will hear a cry for help on the way back to the Serling Hotel after defeating Noah (the first Mutator) in the main story, alternatively, head to Stoker Place once you have completed the, The Search For Truth story quest.
Rewards: 4,000 XP.
Mantle up the scaffold, smash the window and head into the LA 24 News building ensuring you have your strongest ear equipped as you’ll need it.
Make your way down in to the basement, interact with the servers then get ready for a hardcore fight against 3 Butchers saving the news anchor in the process.

More Than The Badge
Quest giver: Jimmy Montana.
Rewards: 3,000 XP, Relentless Pistol, Relentless Perk.
Speak to Jimmy Montana who will task you with tracking down some thieves so head out taking down Screamers, Butchers and waves of zombies, retrieve the Manager’s Pass then race back to the Serling Hotel clearing the enclave of zombies which have show up thanks to someone tripping the fire alarm.

The Art Of War
Quest giver: Rosa.
Rewards: 5,000 XP, Wildstyle Axe (Unique weapon), Superior Ranged Cremator Mod, Glass Cannon Skill Card (Numen deck).
This is up there as one of the toughest side quests in the game so ensure you’re appropriately geared before accepting it then head into the Metro to find the stash of weapons the Darkest Before Dawn crew have stashed away in the deepest reaches of the Subway.
