Here is the Black Myth Wukong Mad Tiger boss guide which will help you find and take out the Mad Tiger who is waiting for you at the bottom of the Well in the Sandgate Village region.

Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Rewards: x1,102 XP, 1,019 Will, x1 Stone Spirit, x1 Yaoguai Core, Blood of the Iron Bull, Mad Tiger Spirit, Plaguebane Gourd.
The Mad Tiger can be found at the bottom of the well during the Old Rattle-Drum quest and can be a tough opponent to bring down as you will be confined in a cavern with a very angry, hungry 15 foot Tiger. The Old Rattle-Drum quest can be started once you have taken down the Tiger’s Acolyte boss then go through the 3 required locations until you jump down the well.

After the cut-scene the Mad Tiger will come at you hard and heavy and won’t stop until you put him down, fortunately there is only 1 phase to this boss so don’t hold back on your Spells, Spirits and abilities whilst trying to save your transformation for if and when you get in trouble as transforming can easily save your life if you are taking a beating.

The Mad Tiger is a pouncing enemy who can close distance very quickly and deal a lot of damage with any connected attacks as well as having the ability to chain combos together with brutal efficiency some of which will have delayed attacks so it may take a few attempts to learn the attack patterns so you will become more proficient at dodging then following up with your own flurry of attacks.

Every so often the Tiger will let out a large roar will will stagger you then increase the damage you take for a time, it also leaves you open to attack for a second or 2 as you shake off the effects so create as much distance between you as you can which again will happen instinctively when you have been hit by the roar a few times or you just need to take the hit then recover as quickly as you can.

Cloud Step and Immobilize will help as they usually do to either heal, create distance or inflict some decent damage then ensure you stay above half health as much as you can just in case you get caught with a heavy barrage then continue your assault until the Mad Tiger is laid to rest.
