Here is the Lords of the Fallen Radiant Adept trophy guide which will help you collect all Radiant Spells of which there are 22 spread throughout the game all of which can be collected on your first playthrough. From the start of the game you want to be focusing on Stomund’s questline as you will need to advance that to purchase all of his Radiance Spells. Refer to the Faithful trophy guide if you need any help with his quest. There are 2 Spells that are RNG drops from tough enemies and they have very low chances of dropping so ensure you have Lucky Paws as well as the Bountiful Ring equipped to increase their drop chances.
There are some spells which you will need to collect boss Remembrances to use which is done by taking down the relevant boss then after the fight, going into Umbral and activating the Stigma which you then take to Molhu in Skyrest Bridge to exchange for the item(s) required. In order to cast any of the Radiant Spells none of which you need to use, just collecting them is enough but if you do want to use them you will need a Radiant Catalyst as well as the required stats to be able to cast them.
Radiant Spells
The 22 Radiant Spells you need to collect to unlock Radiant Adept are:
Sanctify
Location: Abandoned Redcopse, Vestige of Marco the Axe.
Defeat the Pieta, She of Blessed Renewal boss then climb the stairs in the tower and loot the chest to acquire the Sanctify Radiance Spell.
Radiant Flare
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Radiant Flare Spell from Exacter Dunmire in Skyrest Bridge.
Healing Radiance
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Healing Radiance Spell from Exacter Dunmire in Skyrest Bridge.
Radiant Weapon
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Radiant Weapon Spell from Exacter Dunmre in Skyrest Bridge.
Aura Of Tenacity
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
Go down the stairs to the right of the Vestige of Ethryg behind Stomund then head down and smash the crates where you can then collect the Aura of Tenacity Spell.
Blessed Reflections
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
Phase into Umbral then speak with Molhu who is up the stairs on the right side as you face away from the Vestige of Ethryg, offer the Bowl of Revelations (refer to The Past Shapes the Present) then choose to offer Remembrance. As long as you phased into Umbral and interacted with the Stigma after defeating the Pieta, She of Blessed Renewal boss you will have the Remembrance of Pieta, She of Blessed Renewal which you can use to unlock a series of items related to Pieta including the Blessed Reflections Radiance Spell you can purchase for 10 Umbral Scourings. Umbral Scourings are acquired by either interacting with Stigma’s, defeating certain bosses or purchased at the Shrine of the Putrid Mother for 3 Plucked Eyeballs which are acquired by avenging Lampbearers.
Piercing Light
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
Work through the Hamlet from the Vestige of the Pale Butcher then kick the bridge down to create a shortcut over the water. Go through the tunnel and phase through the gate using your lamp. Continue through the gulley taking out the enemies then look to your right before either continuing or taking a left to see an Altar upon which will be the Piercing Light Radiance Spell.
Radiant Slash
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Radiant Slash Spell from Exacter Dunmire in Skyrest Bridge after you reach the Lower Calrath region.
Cleansing Spring
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You will be able to purchase the Cleansing Spring Spell from Exacter Dunmire by following the steps in the, The Price of Knowledge trophy guide.
Healing Sigil
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You will be able to purchase the Cleansing Spring Spell from Exacter Dunmire by following the steps in the, The Price of Knowledge trophy guide.
Lucient Beam
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You will be able to purchase the Lucient Beam Spell from Exacter Dunmire by following the steps in the, The Price of Knowledge trophy guide.
The Tolling
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
There is a chance you can acquire the, The Tolling Spell once you have defeated the Sacred Resonance of Tenacity boss who is found by following the path up and through the area you can access by purchasing the Pilgrim’s Perch Key from Stomund for 18,000 Vigor. Open the door to the left of the Vestige of Blind Agatha then go left once you’re through the tunnel with the Knight and the Hound. Alternatively you have a very low RNG chance of receiving the, The Tolling Spell from the Resonant Tenacity enemies.
Divine Arms
Location: Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
The Divine Arms Spell will drop from the optional Abiding Defenders boss who you can find in the arena above the door you open with the ABbot Vernoff key to get through to the Tower of Penance and Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters regions.
Invigorating Aura
Location: Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
Speak to Stomund after opening the gate to the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters providing you have followed the steps in the Faithful trophy guide then purchase the Invigorating Aura Spell.
Radiant Guardian
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You will be able to purchase the Radiant Guardian Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of Reinhold the Immured.
Lambent Feint
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.
The Lambent Feint Spell has an incredibly low RNG chance of dropping from Sin-Piercer enemies, these are the enemies who attack you with heavy bow attacks and a dagger who also are accompanied by a Hound.
Barbed Aura
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.
You can purchase the Barbed Aura Spell from Stomund in the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters providing you have followed the steps in the Faithful trophy guide.
Orius' Judgement
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.

Radiant Orb
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.

Go up through the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters through the courtyard with the large tree then pass the Sin-Piercer and Scourged Sister enemies. Go into Umbral then stay in cover to avoid the Abbess’ Radiant Beam she fires down on, stay left and go up the stairs dealing with the other enemies before going to the back wall to find the Consecrate Spell on the shine.
Lacerating Weapon
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.
Once you have acquired the Rune of Adyr and have defeated the Rapturous Huntress Lirenne boss, go up the stairs, take out the Sin-Piercer then look at the back wall before going outside to find the Lacerating Weapon Spell amongst the candles.
Briar Storm
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Briar Storm Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of Judge Cleric, the Radiant Sentinel.
