Continue through the chapter to where you duck under a log and there’s a yellow digger on your left. If you look over to your left you will find a small building inside of which on the right wall will be the Power Plant Map artefact hanging on a notice board.
Plant Schematics
Tommy’s Dam, Hydroelectric Dam.
After you have spoken with Tommy and are fighting the Humans that ambush you, make your way back up the stairs and in to the control room. Ensure you have taken out all of the Humans then look to the bottom left corner of the centre console to find the Plant Schematics artefact. This artefact was inaccessible on your first walk through the area as 2 workers were looking at it.
