You can begin the A Drop of Hope Myth in the North West of the Tenryu River region by speaking to the Ethereal figure on the rocks near the waters edge to the West of the Military Camp.
Head down to the Bandit encampment then take out the Soldiers there focusing on the Elite with the Spear who will hold the medicine you need to loot when the area is safe. This will give you the Physick.
From here, go into the town and take out the Yoki boss who will hit harder than a regular Yoki but should be manageable, then with the Yoki down, enter the house and interact with the corpse to conclude the A Drop of Hope Myth.
