Speak to the ethereal Man slumped at the base of the tree next to the Cape Cavern Shrine then go through the cavern to the Enemy Base. If you have already cleared it then run to the Hot Spring, if not work through the area taking out the 2 Shonobu, 3 Gaki and the Enki at the end.
Once you’re at the base of the area you can interact with the Man again which then concludes the Desecrated Hot Spring Myth.
