Complete Story Mode
For the first time in an F1 game you play a story mode called Braking Point, this sees you start in F2 and work your way up the ranks and into F1, simply play through each chapter until the story is complete. We have put together a complete Let’s Play for all 17 Grand Prix required to get through Braking Point (click the link to go to the Braking Point Let’s Play guide) which will show you everything you need to do along the way. Complete the story mode to unlock your Trophy.

Complete your first race weekend with your own team
Choose My Team option from the main menu and then create your car and team as you see fit, then after the car pre season launch advance the calendar to the first race of the season at Bahrain. You will then unlock your Trophy after having completed the race at Bahrain.

Complete a Practice Programme session using Quick Practice
Quick practice is a new feature in career mode, to access quick practice you need to start a race weekend and participate in practice 1. Upon your return to the teams race weekend HQ you will again need to interact with your laptop / workstation, rather than choosing go to next session highlight either practice 2 or 3 and select it. Now choose quick practice to simulate your practice programme and unlock your Trophy.

Achieve Pole Position after any qualifying session
See Qualifying Master for more information.
Go easy on them
During an interview, your actions lowered the morale of a Department in your Team
Randomly after a race weekend you will receive press interviews, each question you get asked will give you the opportunity to respond with up to 4 different answers. Your response needs to be negative for example “we need better aero”. As long as you reply with any response that sounds like you’re putting your team down rather than praising them will work. This response will then cause the morale of that department to drop at which point your Trophy will unlock.

This should come naturally but if it doesn’t then start a race weekend and set the AI difficulty to 0 then go out on the track and lap consistency to keep in front and with a win secure your Trophy will unlock.
World Champion
Win the F1 Drivers’ Championship
This can be done in any of the available career modes but I suggest doing this in my team career as other trophies are associated to this mode. A full season consists of 23 races but you can do shorter 10 / 15 race seasons, by securing a podium on each race and beating your nearest rival you should secure the Drivers’ Championship easily. If you struggle you can drop the AI difficulty level down to make things easier.
Constructors Champion
Win the F1 Constructors Championship
Very similar to the Drivers’ Championship but this is for the team so again it’s best done in my team career but this time your team has to secure enough points to beat the opponents over the course of the season.
Again should you struggle drop true AI difficulty to make it easier for your team to maximise your points and with the Constructors Championship secure your Trophy will unlock.
A weekend to remember
Set the fastest lap in all 3 Practice sessions, get pole and win the GP
Choose quick race from the main menu ensuring the race is set to long weekend which gives you access to every session in a given race weekend. Set the AI to 1 (very easy) then start the race weekend, you need to set the fastest time in all 3 practice sessions, take pole position then go on to win the final. Once you have successfully completed everything mentioned, your Trophy will unlock.
R&D Lover
Develop a component in every R&D Department
This is best done in the my team career mode and in total you have 4 separate trees to develop and they are as follows:
- Reliability.
- Aero.
- Chassis.
- Power train.
To develop parts you firstly need to earn enough points which is simply obtained by completing practice programmes. Now buy one development part from each skill tree then advance to the next weekend, as long as each part is developed successfully your Trophy will then unlock.
Positive vibes
Have more than one Department in a positive morale status
After a race weekend you can receive a press interview where you can answer questions from the press that can affect the morale of your R&D department. So to get this done ensure you give positive comments to every question asked about every part of your car and eventually you will have 2 positive departments where your Trophy will unlock.
Multiplayer Victory
Win your first online race (excluding career)

Multiplayer Fame
Win 5 online races (excluding career)
This can be done in any multiplayer mode and might come naturally when going for Dedicated to the cause, a boost partner and unranked races is the quickest and easiest way to unlock this one.
Tracked Addiction
Complete 50 hours of total track time
50 hours of track time might seem a lot but with all other trophies requiring you to play multiple races the time will rack up. Should you complete all other aspects of the game and still require this trophy, set up a quick race and leave the car idle on the track until the 50 hours has passed.

Finish 10 races in online multiplayer (excluding career)

Finish 50 races in online multiplayer (excluding career)

Dedicated to the cause
Finish 100 races in online multiplayer (excluding career)
This can be done in any of the multiplayer modes which are as follows:
- Ranked.
- Unranked.
- League.
- Weekly event.
Simply cross the finish line 100 times.
Qualifying Master
Achieve 50 pole positions
Pole position is awarded to the fastest driver at the end of qualifying, as you have to take part in 100 online races and complete a minimum of 2 seasons in career most of your poles should come naturally. You then need to set up a quick race and set pole until your Trophy unlocks.
Passion of Italy
Win a single Grand Prix event at Monza as Ferrari or AlphaTauri
Choose quick race and add Monza as the circuit, under team selection you have to have Ferrari or Alpha Tauri, either driver for each team is fine then enter and win this event to unlock the Trophy.
Passion of Japan
Win a GP event at Suzuka with a Honda Power Unit
Choose quick race and add Suzuka as the circuit, under team selection you have to have either Red Bull or Alpha Tauri as these are the only teams in the grid with a Honda power unit. You can then choose a driver for either team and enter the event ensuring you take the win to unlock your Trophy.
Passion of Great Britain
Win a Silverstone GP as Williams, McLaren, Aston Martin, Red Bull or Alpine
Choose quick race and add Silverstone as the circuit, under team selection you have to choose one of either Williams, McLaren, Aston Martin, Red Bull or Alpine then choose any driver for any of the teams. You then need to enter and win the event to unlock your Trophy.
Second time around
Complete a 2nd season of My Team/Driver Career/Two Player Career
When you start a new career you can choose the season length which can be a full season of 23 races or a short season of just 10.
I recommend you choose the full 23 race calendar to aid your progress towards other trophies in F1 2021 but running a short 10 race season will make it unlock quicker so choose the season length you’d prefer and complete it to unlock your Trophy.
Monaco Hero
Win a 50% distance (or longer) F1 race at Monaco
Monaco is the crown jewel of an F1 season, a 50% race will see you lap the circuit 39 times so set up a quick race with 50% race distance and Monaco as the circuit, choose any driver you wish and start the event. Once you cross the finish line in first place, your Trophy will unlock.
League Racer
Complete a League event
To get this trophy you will need a second human player then all you need to do is join an existing league or create a new league and then compete one race event. With this done your Trophy will then unlock.
Look shifty
Win a race using manual gearbox.
This can be done using any circuit, car and driver combination you wish, I personally recommend doing this at the Italian Grand Oryx circuit of Monza if you’re not used to manual gears as Monza is a fast circuit with minimal corners. Simply start a new Grand Prix event and set the AI difficulty to 0 (very easy) ensuring you enable manual gears in the race options before the event. With the event won, your Trophy will then unlock.

Spectate an online race
In an online race lobby menu, you can spectate a race which will then allow you to watch other players race, watch until the end of the race which will then unlock your Trophy.
Strike a pose
Show off your custom emote on the podium
In customisation you can change how you celebrate a podium which also includes an emote you perform so change the emote then participate in a race and secure a podium. When the podium cut-scene starts you will be seen doing this emote where your Trophy will also unlock.
Mixing it up
Edit your customisation and complete a online race using it
Choose customisation from the main menu and then your online character. In here you can alter several aspects including your helmet, suit and gloves now change any of these from the default setting. With that done return to the main menu and complete 1 online race to unlock your Trophy.
One for the bank
Save a captured highlight in Theatre Mode
In order to get a captured highlight you must first compete in a race. With that done choose Theatre from then main menu where your 3 most recent races will appear, select any of these and then choose to save one of them where your Trophy will unlock.
Erase the past
Use Flashback to rewind time
Rewind can be used at any time in an offline race simply pause the game and choose the instant replay option, now press Square to activate the flashback where your Trophy will then unlock.
Perfect record
Achieve 1st place for every race in a 10 race season
This can be done in any of the career modes and can be combined with Second time around, start a new career and choose the 10 race season option. Set the AI difficulty to 0 (very easy) to make your life easier then go on to win all 10 races in this season.

Complete 10 One-Shot Qualifying sessions

Highs and Lows
Win at both Spa-Francorchamps and Sochi Autodrom in Grand Prix.
These 2 races in question are the Belgian and Russian Grand Prix, you can win these naturally through playing career or online, or you can start quick races to get them done and out the way. Either way once you have taken the win at both locations, your Trophy will unlock.
Clean Me
Complete 10 Clean Online races (excluding career)
Squeaky clean from F1 2020 returns so it’s worth making it clear that this will be a difficult trophy to unlock due to the fact you are playing online. You need to make sure you don’t hit any other players or cut any corners or exceed track limits for it to count as a clean race, so the best thing you can do is take your time and avoid all other players. Your finishing position is irrelevant, so hang back, as long as you cross the finish line to complete a clean race 10 times, your Trophy will unlock.
Touring the Americas
Take a photo in Photo Mode on the USA, Brazil, Mexico & Canada circuits
Photo mode is accessible any time during an offline race by pausing the game. So start a quick race at each of the 4 North and South American tracks in the game (Brazil, Mexico, Canada and USA) then enter photo mode and take a picture. With a photo from all 4 four locations done your Trophy will then unlock.
Early R&D
Develop first R&D upgrade in any department
See R&D Lover for more information.
Stitch in time
Adapt an upgrade whilst within its Regulation Change warning period
Play through the my team career mode and purchase R&D upgrades then around 75% of your way through a season you will see a cut scene where your informed of new regulations fit the following season. At this point when you enter the R&D tree the upgrades already bought that are not compatible with the new regulations will appear with warning notes. Select one of these upgrades and spend the resource points to alter it, with that done start the next weekend to unlock your Trophy.
Overnight parts
Successfully develop a component using Rush option
Enter the R&D tree and select any upgrade followed by choosing to upgrade us via the developers rush option, this will speed up how quickly a part gets developed but will also increase its chance of failing. So if a part fails keep purchasing rush parts until eventually one part is successful and your Trophy will unlock.
Remembering your roots
Complete a medium length F2 GP event (Feature & Sprint)
Start a new quick race and choose F2 as the car class now choose any driver you wish and choose medium as the event length. Take part in all the sessions to unlock your Trophy.
Two Player Career Complete!
Complete a season in Two Player Career
This is online only so you will require a boosting partner. Choose 2 player career and then participate in every race that makes up that season and when the final race is complete your Trophy will unlock.
For the history books
Reach a Team Acclaim level of 20 in My Team mode
Your on track results increase your teams acclaim so win as many races as possible in the My Team career. You can purchase element upgrades in your marketing facility to increase your acclaim quicker. Once your team acclaim hits level 20 your Trophy will unlock.
Going to need a bigger cabinet
Earn 15 Trophies for the Trophy Cabinet
You can earn trophies by doing such actions and winning a Grand Prix in career mode or by participating in a online weekly event for example. These trophies are received by opening up your in game inbox and reading the mail. So obtain 15 of these trophies to unlock your Trophy.
Wet look
Win a 25% race in wet conditions
This can be done using any car and driver combination and done around any circuit, so start a new quick race and select a race distance of 25% with wet conditions. Set the AI difficulty to 0 (very easy) then enter and win the event to unlock your Trophy.
We got ’em
Hire an acclaim level 15 or higher Driver in My Team
During your My Team career your 2nd drivers’ contract will expire so you can re-sign them or look on the driver market and sign a better driver, to get this trophy you need to sign a driver who is level 15 or higher. As long as you have enough money to buy them out of their current contract and they are level 15 or above, your Trophy will unlock once they have joined your team.

How do you actually take a picture in picture mode? What’s the button?

Photo mode doesn’t have a dedicated capture button instead use your consoles capture mode to take a picture 🥇
The trophy popped for me when I opened photo mode on the last track required, seems you just have to open photo mode on those tracks as can’t imagine it knows when you take a screenshot.
