Here is the A Fisherman’s Tale Great Pearl Hunter trophy guide which will help you find all the magical pearls hidden in the little puppet’s world of which there are 15 spread throughout the chapters in the game.

In every chapter, there are three pearls hidden around the area. You can collect these pearls by putting your hand or any other object on them. If you are having trouble reaching a pearl, you can use any object to extend your reach and touch it, alongside extending your hands. The pearl will be saved forever once you’ve collected it.
There are 3 magical pearls to be found in the first 4 chapters as well as the prologue making 15 magical pearls in total and the pearl is very faint and hard to see normally, so in the below images it is highlighted with a red circle.

Prologue
Prologue Pearl 1 of 3.
On the right side of the sink, on the shelf.
Prologue Pearl 2 of 3.
Inside the chest on the floor, below the shell you dust.

On the balcony of the miniature lighthouse.
Chapter 1
Chapter 1 Pearl 1 of 3.
Inside the cabinet under your sink.
Chapter 1 Pearl 2 of 3.
In the air above the shelf with the shell.

Once you open the window, it can be found on the left side, you will have to reach quite far.
Chapter 2
Chapter 2 Pearl 1 of 3.
Inside the cabinet that previously held the hermit crab’s captain hat.
Chapter 2 Pearl 2 of 3.
Once you rip off the wall, you can find this pearl when you look up from the broken wall, slightly to the right. You will have to use an object to extend your reach.
Chapter 2 Pearl 3 of 3.
Once the fish takes you to the mirror, go past the mirror and you can find the pearl further across the ledge.
Chapter 3
Chapter 3 Pearl 1 of 3.
In the right side of the cabinet above the bed.

All the way to the very top of the stairs, the pearl is on the left of the closed door.

Off the balcony with the crane controls, look up and to the right.
Chapter 4
Chapter 4 Pearl 1 of 3.
As soon as you spawn in, look up and to the right.

Outside the broken glass, to the right.

Underneath the table, on the opposite side from where you spawn.
