Here we will go over all of the Astro Bot Lost Galaxy, Funky Fungi Bot locations of which there are 5 in total. You are free to collect them all in one run or across several and the only way they will become missable is if you progress to far through the biome.
The Funky Fungi biome is a hidden one you can access in the Creamy Canyon stage by going through to the section where you would usually spin the Pig through the ice wall.
Instead of going spinning the Pig through the ice wall, keep the Pig spinning then go back the way you came where you can aim at the large ice Walrus over the ice field with the Ladybug which you can then jump on and up to where the Walrus was.
You can now burrow down to a secret ice cream room where you can pull the disco ball wires to reveal the portal taking you through to the Lost Galaxy where you can then access the Funky Fungi stage which takes you through a series of increasingly deeper caverns until you manage to get back up to the outside World where the stage will then conclude.
Bots are freed by hitting them so don’t be worried about hurting a Bot, give them a gentle slap or a charged punch, whichever you prefer in order to collect each one.
As with the rest of the main stages throughout Astro Bot there are several unnamed and a handful of named Bots for you to locate with them being acquirable in the following locations:
Bot 1, Vampire Killer
Use the 2 spinning platforms to get up to the first platform after landing in the level then look over to your left to see the Vampire Killer Bot on the edge of the ledge.
Bot 2, Yharnam Tourist
After burrowing down into the first cavern having blown up the rock with the 3 Pink Slimes look to your right to see some wires you can pull which gives you a Flower.
Take the Flower to your left and use it to jump up on to the lower of the 2 spinning platforms you can use to get up to the top of the mushroom where the Yharnam Tourist Bot will be waiting to be rescued.
Bot 3
Grab the Flower from the same wires you used to get up to the Yharnam Tourist Bot this time going up to your right. Take out the Orange Slime and the Spiked Helmet.
Jump across to your upper left and take out the Pumpkin and jumping Bunny which will allow you to burrow down through the blue cross to a hidden section.
Take out the enemies down here then pull the wires in the bottom right of the area to reveal a small jump bot you can use to get up to the ledge where the Bot can be rescued.
Bot 4, Dandy Dhampir
Take out the Tulip then burrow down to the lower cavern. Once you land turn around to see a series of rocks you can punch away to reveal a portal you can drop down into to get to a secret stage.
Tilt your controller to move the water removing the oil and the Oil Slimes as you make your way down to the bottom.
Once you are at the lower level you will see the Dandy Dhampir Bot hanging on to the vines to your right who you can jump up and hit to rescue it.
Bot 5
Go through the waterfall, take out the Mole then enter the cavern with the Elite in the centre who you need to take out.
Pull the wires in the centre to obtain a Flower. Go back the way you came and jump up onto the rocks you passed to take out the elite.
Look up to your left then use the Flower to get up to the platform with the Spiked Helmet which once defeated will cause the Bot to drop down allowing you to rescue it.
