Here we will go over all of the Astro Bot Serpent Starway, Free Big Brother! Bot locations of which there are 7 in total. You are free to collect them all in one run or across several and the only way they will become missable is if you progress to far through the biome.
The Free Big Brother! stage is split across 3 main components, you have the storm at the start then the weather clears revealing a beach scene before sending up into the clouds to conclude the stage and there are Bots found throughout each of the areas, most of which are very easy to miss.
Bots are freed by hitting them so don’t be worried about hurting a Bot, give them a gentle slap or a charged punch, whichever you prefer in order to collect each one.
As with the rest of the main stages throughout Astro Bot there are several unnamed and a handful of named Bots for you to locate with them being acquirable in the following locations:
Bot 1
From the start of the biome go forward and over to your right to see a Green Slime firing goo at the Bot on the rock. Jump up, defeat the Green Slime then rescue the Bot.
Bot 2, Beast Tamer
Go over to the far right wall then use the rope dangling off the circling bird to get up to the rock and take out the enemies before jumping across to the platform where you will encounter 2 Spiked enemies as well as 2 electrified headbutting metal bird heads.
Bait the bird heads into headbutting the ground ensuring you jump up high to avoid the electrical AOE they do which then allows you to pull the wires coming out of their head to defeat them.
Do this for both metal birds then collect the Bot who is on the higher ledge.
Bot 3, Slumbering Girl
Go over to the far right wall then use the rope dangling off the circling bird to get up to the ledge and smash through the blue wall.
Carefully take out the enemies ensuring you don’t fall through the blue floor or smash to much of it away as you need to go to the top right corner of the blue floor then break through to find a jump pad you can use to get up to the ledge.
Smash through the blue wall then head through the portal to find a secret room.
Inside the secret room you will have 3 electrified enemies to take down who you need to defeat with you rocket boots whilst being careful to not fall through the floor.
You need to get to the top left corner of the room where you can then carefully chip away at the floor with your rocket boots to reveal a jump pad you can use to get up to the Slumbering Girl Bot who can then be rescued.
Bot 4
Once you have freed Big Brother by smashing the crystals the stage will transition into a beach paradise and the storm will end. Big Brother will stand up and wade out into the ocean revealing an area you can do a charged punch to spin down through the sand.
After you have spun down you will then be able to find this Bot examining a giant pearl.
Bot 5, Wandering Trespasser
You will need to climb up Big Brother’s arm and go around the back of its neck. Leek on the metal ridges as you are going up to find the Wandering Trespasser Bot hanging on.
Bot 6
As you are making your way up and across the sea shells you will come to a blue section of floor. Defeat the enemies then drop down through the floor and turn around to find the Bot on the end of the lower shell.
Bot 7
After jumping off Big Brothers hand to the rocks, make your way up then before opening the clam chest, jump off to your right to find the Bot in a clam shell.
