Here is the Astros Playroom A Grand Tour Trophy Guide. There are a total of 96 puzzle pieces to acquire throughout Astro’s Playroom, 64 are acquired throughout the 4 main worlds (16 in each):

Cooling Springs.
GPU Jungle.
SSD Speedway.
Memory Meadow.

4 are acquired in CPU Plaza and the other 28 are acquired from PlayStation Labo. To acquire a puzzle piece, you will need to make your way through the level performing basic tasks for some such as pull a switch, traverse a wall, walk around a ledge then pick up the puzzle piece.

CPU Plaza

Puzzle Piece 1:
Head up the wall to the left of the Cooling Springs area, jump up to the titling ledge standing on the right side making the left side rise. Quickly move to the left and jump up whilst boosting. Bounce on the pad over to the left boosting again to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
After you have slid down the cable next to the red and green transistors, make your way up and left to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Go back to platform you landed on after sliding down the cable to get Puzzle Piece 2, this time, go right then when you get to the horizontal platform, go right onto the power button and jump onto the bounce pad where you will land on a rafter. At the end of the rafter is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Head down to where the GPU Jungle area is then go to the far left corner where you will see 3 wires on a small platform, pull them all to reveal the puzzle piece.

Cooling Springs

Cooling Springs has the following areas:

Bot Beach.
Springy Spa.
Frigid Floes.
Hotel Hopalot.

Each area has 4 puzzle pieces to find.

Bot Beach

Puzzle Piece 1:
Once you are on the beach, head over to the left and jump on the small parasol allowing you to jump onto the bigger parasol to your left. Jump up up and boost to grab the puzzle piece. Quickly move to the left and jump up whilst boosting. Bounce on the pad over to the left boosting again to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Go to the far left side of the beach and proceed to the back wall. The puzzle piece will be behind the large blue pillar.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Make your way to the back area of the beach near where the sand is being exhausted out of the building then head inside a brown crate that is in the middle of the area to find a puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Head over to the small pier and jump boost across the the platform which has 3 wires on it. Pull them all to reveal the puzzle piece.

Springy Spa

Puzzle Piece 1:
From the start of the level, jump to the left to smash through a glass panel then jump again to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Jump up the platforms until you get to the red button above the door you will need to open. Before you open the door, to a charged jump to your left to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Make your way across the green lily pads then after you ride one up, jump to your right through a glass panel to find a small room inside of which is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
The last puzzle piece in Springy Spa is impossible to miss, jump up through the level and grab the puzzle piece before smashing through the diagonal glass panel above you.

Frigid Floes

Puzzle Piece 1:
Once in the level, head to the left, smash through the back of the igloo then jump across to the small island to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Continue through the level until you are in the circular block of ice, head right then when you go on the u shaped side, before jumping across to the snowy section, head down to your right, under the bridge support is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
When you get inside the building, there is a slide you will need to go down. Ensure you stay on the left side of the slide then jump up the platforms quickly to avoid falling off. On the top platform is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Once you are on the platform going through the water, carry on through until you see the second platform on your right. Jump onto it then stay at the front of the platform. You will need to jump for the puzzle piece just before you go down the small waterfall.

Hotel Hopalot

Puzzle Piece 1:
From the start of the level, head left, jumping onto the small platform, make your way onto the right platform then charge jump onto the left one. Charge jump off to the right to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
When you are on the lily pad jumping over the bars. You will need to land on the 4th bar then jump up and across from the platform on your right to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Jump up through the smashable white blocks, aiming to go left when at the top. The puzzle piece is on the balcony.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Carry on through the level then once you have ridden the lily pad up, go left rather than right (where four coins are on a platform) to find the puzzle piece on a platform. Collect all 16 puzzle pieces to unlock Cool Hoarder.

GPU Jungle

GPU Jungle is made up of the following areas:

Renderforest.
Teraflop Treetops.
Raytrace Ruins.
Mt. Motherboard.

Find the 4 puzzle pieces in each area.

Renderforest

Puzzle Piece 1:
Jump up the first cliff then go to your left. Go up to the platform and defeat the 2 Caterpillar enemies to reveal a small robot with blue fins. Charge an attack (hold Square) and hit the fins to make a tree appear. Make your way up the platforms then jump across to 3 more platforms. On the highest platform is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Go across the triggers sticking out of the cliff then when on the platform with the Caterpillar head left, pull the wires at the end of the path then jump on the bounce pad. Take care around the bird bots that are being fired at you as you make your way down the cable. At the end of the cable is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Defeat the Caterpillar on the platform where you went off to find puzzle piece 2, head to the edge of the platform and pull the wire to receive a throwable object. Take this object to the right side of the platform and smash the target across the chasm. Do this again for the other target, making your way around the cliff then jump into the circular section you have just created. Jump into the next circular section to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Carry on through level until you have crossed the large bridge. Just before you jump on the bounce pad, drop down to your left to find the puzzle piece.

Teraflop Treetops

Puzzle Piece 1:
Hang on as you make your way up the track, then half way up, grab the yellow grip on the left of the track, this is a bit tricky to see. If you go pass it, release the trigger to fall down and try again. Once you have managed to grab the grip, head left onto a small track. Climb up the sections at the end taking care of the pin grips as they will fall away. Make your way to the top of this section and grab another chip which you can ride around, collecting the puzzle piece as you go.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Continue through the level to the Green bars you can swing up on. Jump up to the second green bar then go to the left. Swing up to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Carry on through the level until you come to the next set of green bars, just after the track going to the right. Jump up and left from the first bar to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
From the same bar where you received puzzle piece 3, head over to the right, jump and grab the grip to reveal a new path. Go through this area where you will find 2 circular sections, grab the circle on the right and allow it to tick around until you have received the puzzle piece.

Raytrace Ruins

Puzzle Piece 1:
Go to your right from the start of the level, pulling on the wires to reveal 2 large stone blocks. Jump up to the top from the platform on the left to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Continue through the level until you come to the platform with the large Caterpillar going clockwise. Just behind the checkpoint is a small pathway. Follow it down then jump up the ledge to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Make your way through the level crossing the tightrope with the wind then when on the platform, turn around and jump off to the platform over to you right. To do so jump, spin then boost across, then hold Square to charge up an attack, hitting the blue fins. This will reveal a tower you can platform up. Once you’re near the top, head around to the left side of the tower, taking care around the Caterpillar then platform across to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Defeat the boss then walk across the tightrope cable. Halfway across this cable, pan the camera around to the right then shoot the target in the hole in the cliff to reveal a walkway. At the end of this walkway will be the puzzle piece.

Mt. Motherboard

Puzzle Piece 1:
Continue through the level until you come to the green bars where there is a cannon shooting bots out from left to right. On the next green bar you will need to get a good swing then go up and to your left to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
As you are jumping from the green bar to the chip on the track you will be able to grab this puzzle piece. It’s impossible to miss.
Puzzle Piece 3:
After you have mantled across the grips where the black discs are falling away. Use the green bars to jump up, staying to your right. Use the second green bar to jump up and to your right where you will fall down a passage collecting the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Once you have acquired puzzle piece 3, go down the grip wall to the lowest grip to reveal the puzzle piece, climb back up to collect it. Collect all 16 puzzle pieces to unlock The Found Legacy.

SSD Speedway

SSD Speedway is made up of the following areas:

Turbo Trail.
Caching Caves.
Deep Dataspace.
Orbital Obstacle.

Each area has 4 puzzle pieces.

Turbo Trail

Puzzle Piece 1:
From the very start of the level, turn around and platform across. Use your boost jump to break the glass revealing a bounce pad which you will need to jump on to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Use the second DualSense Controller to aim yourself up, you’re aiming for the centre of the red square up and to the right. Pull back on the controls to slow down and navigate through the opening to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
As you are hang gliding pass the golden electrical mines, try and aim for the dead centre of the Cross symbol made out of coins to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Once you’re on the platform after acquiring puzzle piece 3, drop down to the left to land on a hidden ledge, follow the path around to find the puzzle piece.

Caching Caves

Puzzle Piece 1:
Using the spaceship, make your way up and around the level to find a checkpoint. You will then see a hole in the floor next to some green Triangle plants. Drop down this hole and go left to find the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Carry on through the level pass the checkpoint where you will find a series of dynamite in a row that can be lit with your rocket boosters. Blow the rocks out of the way with the dynamite then go down into the new section and grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Make your way through the level until you come to the section with the electrical discharge panels, head right rather than going up. To the lower right section of this area is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Eventually, you will come to a large white room. Land your rocket on the button to be released from the rocket then jump down to the ground floor. Down here in the top right corner is a glass panel you can break with your jump boost. Break the panel then drop down to receive the puzzle piece.

Deep Dataspace

Puzzle Piece 1:
From the very start of the level, head left then jump across to a platform. Stand in the middle of the 3 bots then hold Square to charge an attack which will raise the platform. Drop down under the raised platform to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Head over to the left through the purple grass where you will find a large rock, behind this rock is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Continue through the level until you cross the small bridge with the green spitting bot. Go behind this bot and use the pillow looking jump pads to jump up and over the wall. To the left of this new area is the puzzle piece in an alcove.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Cross the section where the checkpoint is in the purple grass where you will find a bot made out of dynamite, ignite by jumping and using your boost taking care not to get caught in the explosion. This will create a hole in the ground, inside of which is the puzzle piece.

Orbital Obstacle

Puzzle Piece 1:
Once in the spaceship, head up staying to the left side where you will find an asteroid with an opening. Go through then on the left side is the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Before you go up through the white section with the bot turrets, go underneath the asteroid, down to the right of it will be an opening. Go through here to find the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Go through the level until you come to the area with the spinning D-pads as the background, the one on the far left will have a series of gold mine bots circling. The puzzle piece is circling in between 2 bots (careful not to touch the bots).
Puzzle Piece 4:
In one of the last sections, there will be a series of fans above you trying to push you down to the electrical panels below. On the right side, just above the electricity is the puzzle piece. Collect all 16 puzzle pieces to unlock Welcome to the Third Place.

Memory Meadow

Memory Meadow is made up of the following 4 areas:

Gusty Gateway.
Fastlane Fields.
Electrocloud.
Bumper Broadway.

Find the 4 puzzle pieces in each area.

Gusty Gateway

Puzzle Piece 1:
Go forward from the start of the level then jump up to the platform on your left, make your way across the cable then jump across the bridge to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Cross the tightrope cable where you will see the puzzle piece over to your right in front of the cloud.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Slide down the hill after crossing the rotating bridge then make your way to the right, go to the top of the concrete mound to find the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Cross the gap on the cloud platform then head to the grass section with the checkpoint. To the right is a large rock. Boost jump onto the panel in front of the rock then jump onto the rock itself to grab the puzzle piece.

Fastlane Fields

Puzzle Piece 1:
Head down the path until you see the first archway on your left you can go under. Going under in the middle will reward you with the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
Stay to the left of the road section to grab this puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Continue through the level until you get to the slide just after the purple grass with the PlayStation controller archway. Go round to the right before going down the slide to find a bounce pad. Use it where you will be able to collect the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
As you are making your way towards the end of the level. Stay right where you will cross a small path and a series of jumps. On the final platform here is the puzzle piece.

Electrocloud

Puzzle Piece 1:
From the start of the level, head up and to the left. Blow the wall out of the way then platform through then jump to the left to receive the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
As you’re riding the purple chip platform jumping over the electrical hazards you will find the puzzle piece directly in your path.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Another puzzle piece directly in your path. Get to where the 4 square electrical platforms are. The puzzle piece is in the middle of the squares.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Continue through the level until you see the large television slamming down in the centre of the area. Go pass it then platform up and around to the left being careful of the clouds as they sink quickly. You’re aiming to get on to the top of the telly then wait for it to jump where you can grab the puzzle piece.

Bumper Broadway

Puzzle Piece 1:
Go through the level to the Pinball style machine. In the centre will be a series of skittles rotating around a bumper bot. Knock all of the skittles down to grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 2:
From the first puzzle pieces location, head to the top left section, and place yourself on the yellow spot which will propel you up and around the rails where you will grab the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 3:
Carry on through the level until you are on the ice blocks, you will need to make your way back to the right to collect the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece 4:
Proceed through the level until you are off the ice then on the next circular platform will be a large bumper bot. Just to the right of the bot is the puzzle piece. Collect all 16 puzzle pieces to unlock Ico-Nic.

PlayStation Labo

In addition to the 68 puzzle pieces listed above, you will need to get another 28 puzzle pieces from the PlayStation Labo area all of which are acquired from the Gatcha Machine at the back of the level. It will cost you 100 coins every time you play the Gathca Machine and it’s random as to what you will receive. If you run out of coins before receiving all 28 puzzle pieces, go off and complete a few levels, collecting the coins as you go. Once you have acquired all 68 puzzle pieces throughout the 4 main worlds, the CPU Plaza and PlayStation Labo, your Trophy will unlock.
