Mantled with Might
Shoes on feet, hat on head, embroidered shirt, Daoist robe—free as can be, doing as you please!

Here is the Black Myth Wukong Mantled with Might trophy guide which will help you collect every armour piece in the game of which there are 74 split across the 4 main parts of your body. Ensure you read the guide as some armour pieces are missable and with no manual saves you will need to start the game again or go through it on new game+ ensuring you don’t miss it the next time. Armour plays a very important role in Black Myth Wukong as it can change your build considerably giving you a significant edge if you have the correct pieces of gear equipped, there’s not much point having Frost Bane Resistance for example if you are facing a Scorch Bane based enemy.

Armour is usually crafted at a Shrine providing you have the required materials and for the most part you won’t have access to the materials as soon as you receive the armour formulas as the materials are usually in the next section of the game you will come to. You will need to work through 3 playthroughs of the game to have enough crafting items even if you farm them consistently and don’t waste a single item.

Black Myth Wukong Armour

Given the number of armour pieces you need to collect I have broken the armour down into their own guides which are:

  1. Headgear.
  2. Chest.
  3. Arms.
  4. Legs.

One thing I do recommend as well is to focus on stats over sets for the most part, if you have an Arms piece for example that increases your defence by for example 30 and your current set increases your defence by 10 you will get a significant boost by equipping the better piece just because it doesn’t match a given set shouldn’t come into it. Do what works best for your playstyle and build.

Headgear

There are 18 pieces of Headgear you need to acquire in Black Myth Wukong. Refer to the Headgear Armour for where to find each of them.

Chest

There are 19 pieces of Chest armour to acquire in Black Myth Wukong. Refer to the Chest Armour for where to find each of them. The Venomous Armguards are highly missable when facing the Venomous Daoist boss in Chapter 5, The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Pool of Shattered Jade. Ensure you smash all 4 Arms from the Daoist before defeating the boss.

Arms

There are 20 Arm Armour pieces to acquire in Black Myth Wukong. Refer to the Arm Armour for where to find each of them. The only missable piece of Arm Armour is the Venomous Armguards which have a chance of dropping from the Venom Daoist boss in the Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Pool of Shattered Jade biome. You need to focus all of your attacks on the Daoist’s back as you attempt to smash the extra arms off. Hopefully you will smash enough arms off to receive the Venomous Armguards.

Legs

There are 17 Leg Armour pieces to acquire in Black Myth Wukong. Refer to the Leg Armour for where to find each of them.

That’s the Black Myth Wukong Mantled with Might trophy guide complete I hope it helped you find every Armour piece in the game.
