Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
Rewards: x758 XP, x760 Will, x2 Yarn, x2 Silk, x1 Stone Essence.
The Mother of Stones boss fight is a tough one so ensure you can handle the rock enemies who jump out of the ground effectively before going in to the cavern from the Rockrest Flat Shrine taking the immediate right path up through the tunnel. You will need to defeat the Poisestone Spirit in the tunnel where I then recommend going to rest if you took a kicking before going back through the tunnel to the end, taking out all of the enemies as you go then initiate the boss fight by hitting the blue glowing stones on your left.

As soon as you hit the stones the Mother will awaken and begin summoning rock enemies to attack you in her stead and if they attack in number you probably won’t survive long so deal with them as quickly as you can with Spells, Spirits, heavy attacks and combos where you can then get back to attacking the Mother of Stones.

When the rock enemies start firing projectiles at you dodge backwards a few times so you are out of range as they can strip your health bar to zero in seconds. Cloud Step is a useful Spell as it allows you to turn invisible for a time then unleash a powerful kick to heavily damage any opponent you hit.

As long as you hit the Mother of Stones hard and fast in between the waves of rock enemies you will be able to defeat “her” soon enough, tough fight this one.
