Keep an eye on your Venom bane bar which once full will siphon your health quickly meaning if you do get caught by a powerful attack you might find yourself in trouble with the quake attack being a particularly hard hitter that can half health you but given the amount of time you have from the vines being formed to them exploding you should be well clear of the blast then get back in to punish as the Old Guai recovers.
The Old Ginseng Guai can summon smaller versions of himself called Ginsengling which can become bothersome if you allow yourself to be surrounded but again, they shouldn’t cause to many issues especially if you have an upgraded summon such as the Second Rat Prince of Blade Monk available then its a case of continuing your assault until the Ginseng Guai falls.
