Here we will go over where and how to collect all of the Black Myth Wukong Seeds of which there are 12 in total, however, for the most part they are completely RNG as to whether or not they will appear from any of the plants found throughout the various Chapters and biomes in the game.
Seeds are found by harvesting plants or defeating certain bosses, however, not all plants will hold a Seed, they do refresh every 30 minutes or so meaning if there is a seed you’re having trouble with then you will need to keep trying, go idle if needs be then come back every half hour (real time), re-harvest then give it another go until you get that given seed. You will know you have the Seed when you get a notification message appear in the top right edge of the screen, that will then be considered as collected and count towards the trophy.
Once you have all 12 Seeds in Black Myth Wukong you can take them to Chen Loong in Zodiac Village which is accessible by completing Chen Loong’s quest, hand the Seeds over to receive the Graceful Orchid Soak. The 5 main chapters in the game will each hold a certain amount of Seeds, their names, locations and recommended places to find them are:

Jade Lotus Seed
Location: Black Wind Mountain.
Jade Lotus can be found throughout the first chapter in the game, you are looking for a yellow flower amongst a set of lilly-pads. Harvest the Jade Lotus until you receive Jade Lotus seeds.
Fire Bellflower Seed
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge.
Fire Bellflower plants can be found throughout Yellow Wind Ridge and are identifiable with green leaves then orange berries throughout the plant. Continue to harvest Fire Bellflower until you receive the Fire Bellflower Seed.
Licorice Seed
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff / Kingdom of Sahali.
Complete the Drunken Boar quest to gain access to the Sahali Kingdom then after taking down Fuban run around the area collecting Licorice which is shown as closed pink / purple flowers or keep collecting Licorice in Fright Cliff.
Fragrant Jade Flower Seed
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff.
There are several Fragrant Jade Flowers in and around Yellow Wind Ridge’s Fright Cliff region, one of which can be found to the right of the Rockrest Flat shrine. Go into the alcove and farm the plant until you get the Fragrant Jade Flower Seed.
Celestial Pear Seed
Location: The New West.
Celestial Pear are found on trees that are glowing, keep harvesting the trees as you find them until you receive a Celestial Pear Seed.
Gentian Seed
Location: The New West.
Gentian is found throughout the third Chapter, The New West and presents as a vertically growing cluster of white flowers which can be hard to see in the Snow. Keep your eyes peeled and you will find plenty as it one of the most common flowers to grow throughout The New West.
Golden Lotus Seed
Location: The New West, Bitter Lake, Turtle Island.
Golden Lotus Seeds have a chance of dropping from green worm like plants who will attack you with projectiles as well as spinning around when you get close. There are plenty of these plants on Turtle Island so go up once side of the island and back down the other defeating the plants as you go until one of them drops a Golden Lotus Seed.
Millennium Ginseng
Location: The New West, Valley of Ecstasy, Towers of Karma.
You will be awarded a Millenium Ginseng once you have defeated the optional Old Ginseng Guai boss.
Tree Pearl Seed
Location: The New West, Valley of Ecstasy, Towers of Karma.
Tree Pearl Seeds drop from plants which look like snow berry bushes, they can be difficult to see against the snowy backdrop throughout The New West, keep farming Tree Pearl until you receive a Tree Pearl Seed.
Monkey-Head Fungus Seed
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Temple of Yellow Flowers, Court of Illumination.
Upon entering the Court of Illumination, rest at the shrine then turn around, run straight forward and up the stairs before going right into an open area. Try to harvest the Snake-Head Mushroom on the right side which spawns the powerful, optional Fungiwoman boss who, once put down will drop the Monkey-Head Fungus Seed.
Fire Date Seed
Location: Flaming Mountains, Furnace Valley, Valley Entrance.
You will be able to find Fire Date plants which are the only type of plants growing in the Flaming Mountains in an around the area where you can fight the optional Flint Chief boss. Ensure you have the Fireproof Mantle Vessel and or the Xiang River Goddess Gourd equipped to negate the damage from fire and lava then continue to farm Fire Date plants until you receive the Fire Date Seed.
Nine-Capped Lingzhi Seed
Location: Flaming Mountains, Field of Fire, Ashen Pass III.
Rest at the Ashen Pass III shrine then go into the open area behind the shrine and try to harvest the Nine-Capped Lingzhi in the centre which spawns the optional Nine-Capped Lingzhi Guai boss who, once defeated will drop the Nine-Capped Lingzhi Seed.
