Moon Roam (Red Tides)
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest.
Requirements: Defeat Guanzhi.
You can find the Guanzhi boss in the North East section of the Forest of Wolves in a clearing, take him down where you can then collect his enflamed staff unlocking Red Tides which has the following skill to unlock and upgrade:
Each talent level moderately increases the Damage of the next attack after a Perfect Dodge. This talent only strengthens the Destined One himself.

Steadfast (Azure Dust)
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Requirements: Defeat Man-in-Stone.
In order to get the Azure Dust Transformation you will firstly need to defeat the Man-in-Stone boss who is found at the end of the gulley to the right of the Squall Hideout Shrine, however, before you can free the Man-in-Stone you will need to acquire the Stone Essence which drops as a reward from the Mother of Stones boss. With the Stone Essence acquired, speak with the Man-in-Stone who will leap out of the ground and insult you. Hit then defeat the boss to acquire the Azure Dust Transformation which has the following skills you can unlock and upgrade:
Each talent level moderately increases Defence. This talent strengthens both the Destined One and his transformations.

Rage Burst (Ashen Slumber)
Location: The New West, Pagoda Realm, Lower Pagoda.
Requirements: Unlock the cell.
Proceed through The New West to the Pagoda Realm which you be placed in after defeating the Kang-Jin Loong boss, go left and speak with the Prisoner who will be in a cell with a purple seal on it. Go up through the Lower Pagoda to the Upper Pagoda Shrine, rest, wait for your enraged state to come and go then drop down the hole opposite the shrine and defeat the Captain Lotus-Vision boss which will remove the purple seals from the cells. Go back down to the prisoner in the now accessible seal, open the door and look to your right to see a sword in a corpses back you can interact with to receive the Ashen Slumber Transformation which has the following skills to unlock:
Each talent level slightly increases Scorch Damage. This talent strengthens both the Destined One and his transformations.

Snow Veil (Hoarfrost)
Location: The New West, New Thunderclap Temple, Temple Entrance.
Requirements: Defeat Monk from the Sea.
Once you are in the New Thunderclap Temple go right from the Temple Entrance Shrine then up the stairs. Follow the path the round to the left through the arch and over to the well where the Monk from the Sea boss will jump out and ambush you. Defeat the boss then absorb the corpse to receive the Hoarfrost transformation which has the following skills to unlock:
Each talent level slightly increases Frost Damage. This talent strengthens both the Destined One and his transformations.
- Level 1: 1 Sparks.
- Level 2: 1 Sparks.
- Level 3: 1 Sparks.
- Level 4: 1 Sparks.
- Level 5: 1 Sparks.
- Level 6: 1 Sparks.
Cold Edge (Ebon Flow)
Location: The New West, Ruyi Scroll, Zodiac Village.
Requirements: Defeat the Yin Tiger boss.
Moderately reduces the Cooldown of all Alteration Spells. This talent only strengthens the Destined One himself.
The Ebon Flow Transformation is acquired by taking down the incredible powerful and challenging Yin Tiger boss who can be challenged in the Zodiac Village once you have completed the Chen Loong quest. Upon defeating an enemy, slightly increases Attack for a long duration. This effect can stack up to 20 times. This talent only strengthens the Destined One himself.

Filthy Malice (Violet Hail)
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Purple Cloud Mountain, Petalfall Hamlet.
Requirements: Defeat Daoist Mi.

Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Relief of Fallen Loong.
Requirements: Defeat Yellow Loong.
The Golden Lining Transformation is a very challenging one to acquire as you need to defeat the 4 hidden Loong bosses which are only accessible once you have the Loong Scales which in themselves are found in a secret cavern locked behind a wall that can only be smashed either by the First Prince of Flowing Sands boss or the Wandering Wight Spirit. With the Loong Scales defeat the following 3 bosses:
You can then make your way left after having defeated the Boddhisatva’s Right Hand boss, cross the bridge and follow the path to the next bridge which has hostile cocoons around it so use Cloud Step to run through them all then use the kick to take out the Dragonfly Guai at the end and follow the linear route to the Relief of Fallen Loong shrine, rest then get ready to receive a beating. The Yellow Loong boss is by far the toughest boss in the Webbed Ridge and one who you may need to come back and deal with later in the game. When you do manage to bring Yellow Loong down, one of your many rewards will be the Golden Lining Transformation which has the following Skills to upgrade:
Moderately increases Invincibility duration when seeing through the enemy. This talent only strengthens the Destined One himself.
- Unlock: 2 Sparks.
Bolt Runner (Dark Thunder)
Location: Flaming Mountains, Furnace Valley, Valley Entrance.
Requirements: Conclude Ma Tianba’s questline.
The Bolt Runner Transformation is acquired by speaking with Ma Tianba, the giant Horse NPC initially in Chapter 1 then every chapter through to his untimely demise in Chapter 5 where you will see Ma Tianba getting himself in in increasingly more unfortunate circumstances. - Location 3: The New West, New Thunderclap Temple, Temple Entrance. Go forward then left pass the Mages, go up through the building with the 3 Blind Monks taking a left across the bridge to find Ma Tianba leaning against a pillar.
- Location 4: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Middle Hollow / Bonevault. Defeat the Centipede Guai boss then follow the path round. Once you’re out of the tunnel you will see an abnormally large cocoon you can smash to free Ma Tianba.
- Location 5: Flaming Mountains, Furnace Valley, Valley Entrance. Go forward to the first Earth Rakshasa enemy then go right, equip the Fireproof Mantle vessel and head right across the lava. Take out every enemy in the local area then pull the whip in front of the deceased cart to hear Ma Tianba’s final words.
With Ma Tianba having been spoken to in each of the 5 locations you will then receive the Dark Thunder Transformation as well as unlock Urge Unfulfilled.
Indestructibility (Azure Dome)
Location: The New West, Mount Mei, Mei-Jian Peak.
Requirements: Unlock the secret ending.
The Azure Dome Transformation will be one of your rewards once you have unlocked the secret ending in Mount Mei, a secret area accessible once you have been through the previous 4 secret areas in the game:
