Here is the Black Myth Wukong Treasure Trove trophy guide which will help you find all 4 vessels which are scattered throughout the game with them all being acquired by taking down hidden bosses in Secret areas of the game you need to go out of your way to find. All of this areas are easily missed and if you didn’t know about them they would more than likely go untouched in an entire playthrough, however, the Vessels can all be incredibly useful against the final boss for a given chapter so they are highly recommended to seek out. Vessels can be equipped in your inventory and are then activated by pressing R2+R3. The 4 Vessels you can find in Black Myth Wukong are:
Fireproof Mantle
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Bamboo Grove, Marsh of White Mist.
Requirements: Loot the hung Wolf.
The Fireproof Mantle is an incredibly useful Vessel against any fire based enemies as it can all but take the elemental damage away so if the Black Bear Guai boss’s flames are to hot to handle, use the Fireproof Mantle to negate the damage over time. You will be able to acquire the Fireproof Mantle by looting the Wolf who is hanging from a tree once you have defeated the Elder Jinchi boss (defeat the Wandering Wight boss first otherwise he disappears) in the Ancient Guanyin Temple which you access by ringing 3 Bells hidden around Black Wind Mountain. There is 1 bell located at the back of the arena of 3 bosses who are:
With all 3 bosses defeated and their bells rung you will be able to go through to Ancient Guanyin Temple. Ensure you loot the Ancient Guanyin Beads from the middle chest to the right of the Shrine then go through and defeat the Elder Jinchi boss which also unlocks Temple of Taint. You can then loot the Wolf who will be up to your right once you’re back in the Marsh of White Mist to receive the Fireproof Mantle Vessel.
Wind Tamer
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Bound.
Requirements: Defeat Fuban.
The Wind Tamer Vessel is a very powerful item as it can emit a strong gust of wind which can knock all normal enemies down as well as inflict a decent stagger against the majority of bosses in the game with it being especially effective against the Yellow Wind Sage boss where it will negate his powerful wind attacks as well as creating a long stagger giving you a good opportunity to get some heavy damage in. To access the Kingdom of Sahali you need to complete the Drunken Boar quest then follow the Yellow-Robed Squire boss through the gate.
Take down the Tiger Vanguard (Chief) boss then go through ad speak to the King which will initiate the boss fight against Fuban, a powerful Beetle King who can be challenging given its formidable stature and limited weakness so focus on the claws whilst avoiding the attacks, absorb the Buddhas Eyeball where the King will come and join you. Defeat the Fuban boss to receive the Wind Tamer.
Weaver's Needle
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Purple Cloud Mountain, Cloudnest Peak.
Requirements: Defeat Duskveil.
The Weaver’s Needle Vessel can be acquired once you have brought down the optional Duskveil boss in Purple Cloud Mountain which is the secret area in The Webbed Ridge that can be accessed once you have brought down the Venom Daoist boss and the Venom Daoist (second encounter) boss which then reveals a painting on the back of the cavern you can interact with thus taking you through to Purple Cloud Mountain. Before attempting the Duskveil fight I strongly suggest you take down the Scorpionlord boss otherwise Duskveil will kill the Scorpionlord and you will miss out on some important items. Defeat Duskveil to acquire the Weaver’s Needle Vessel.
Plantain Fan
Location: Flaming Mountains, Field of Fire, Fallen Furnace Crater.
The Plantain Fan Vessel will be gifted to you once you have defeated the Yaksha King boss concluding the Flaming Mountains chapter and is a hidden gem of a Vessel as it negates virtually any bosses attacks when it’s active with its tornado.
