Here we will go over all of the Borderlands 4 Bunker bosses which you can face off against by breaching Order bunkers using a canister to throw at the bio-protected door which then unlocks the seal letting you in to an Order filled area as you work your way through to the bosses who need to be taken down so you can then claim the Bunker. Bosses can be a hefty challenge but that said the rewards and loot you can get from them can really help you through those tough spots as well as looking pretty damn cool as well. The Bunker bosses you will face throughout the game are:
Bunker Bosses
Core Observor
Location: The Fadefields, The Howl, Blacklime Bunker.
Core Observor is a large floating Mech who fires serious amounts of artillery down on you. Use cover to block the artillery then return fire until you bring this floater down.
Mimicron
Location: The Fadefields, Idolator’s Noose, Tipping Point Bunker.
Mimicron is a fast robot who can disappear and spawn in clones to attack you. Focus on avoiding the melee attacks and keep moving backwards to avoid the majority of attacks whilst also laying down heavy fire to help bring Mimicron down.
Fractis
Location: Carcadia Burn, Grindstone of the Worthy, The Crawlcroft Bunker.
Fractis is a Warden who can make himself grow very large and inflict critical damage on you in seconds. The thing that makes this fight tough is there are very few opportunities to get a second wind so if Fractis does put you down it can be tough to get back up so to that end use cover and put Fractis down as quickly as possible.
Callous Harbinger of Annihilating Death
Location: Terminus Range, Heart of the Mountain, Craven’s Nook Bunker.
The Callous Harbinger of Annihilating Death is a large mech who can inflict severe damage on you with artillery barrages, slams, pounces and strikes all designed to smash your shields then empty your health bar. There is little in the way of cover in the arena so tankier builds will have an easier time of it than glass cannons. Aim high for a crit then continue using wide, AOE attacks to help bring the Harbinger down.
The Divisioner
Location: Terminus Range, The Low Keys, The Wirewerks.
The Divisioner is a boss who will divide itself multiple times, you need to focus fire on the clones who, once defeated will chip away at the Divisioner’s shield so ignore the main boss and just pepper the clones with as many rounds as you can to bring them down quickly. Some times when you fight the Divisioner the fight will be over very quickly whereas other times the fight will seemingly drag on so ensure you bring a variety of weapons all of which with high ammunition reserves so you don’t end up running out.
Directive-0
Location: Dominion City, Terminus Range.
Directive-0 can be found at the back of the Ironwall Resolve Bunker in Dominion City which can be breached by firstly completing the One Gassy Issue side mission in the Fades District of Dominion City. That then activates the bio canisters one of which can be found down the stairs from the Bunker door on the trash pile to the left of the courtyard, grab it then run to the door before the canister explodes. The Directive-0 boss is a tough, Seneschal Order Warrior who utilises a shield as well as bringing a decent entourage along to help bring you down. Remove the shield then punish Directive until it’s down.
That’s all of the Borderlands 4 Bunker bosses. Who was your favourite / least favourite to fight?.
