Borderlands 4 Legendary Enhancements

Here we will go over where you can find all of the Borderlands 4 Legendary Enhancements which do exactly that, they enhance your abilities, weapon proficiency, stats and overall are a big help depending on the type of build or weapons you are using. Enhancements, unlike Class Mods will work for any character so you won’t have to worry about potentially farming for hours for the wrong one to drop. Legendaries are some of the best items you can equip in Borderlands 4 and for the most part they are incredibly powerful / useful items which can carry you through some of the tougher missions.
Bare in mind there are many variations of Enhancements but the base name will always be the same. The prefix will determine the type of attachments that a given Enhancement will have, you might have a completely different prefix which can lead to some confusion but ultimately the legendary itself will have varying levels of efficacy based on the prefix you receive.
Legendary Enhancements
The Legendary Enhancements I have managed to find in Borderlands 4 so far are:
Disruptor
Location: RNG drop from Skull Orchid in the Embossed Fault Auger Mine.
Brand: Ripper.
Overview: The version I found was the Distilled Disruptor which came with 2 main abilities which are:
- High Roller: Guns with Ripper licenced parts increase gun damage by 2% for each consecutive shot fired, for a maximum of 25 stacks.
- Freeloader: Guns with Ripper licenced parts have a 30% chance to instantly refill its magazine when its empty.
Entropic
Location: RNG drop from Badasses.
Brand: Ripper.
Overview: The version I found was the Quick-Fingered Entropic which came with 2 main abilities which are:
- Hard Charger: Gns with Ripper-licenced parts gain +25% damage, but charge time is increased by 30%.
- Freeloader: Guns with Ripper-licences parts have a 30% chance to instantly refill its magazine when its empty.
Hephaestian
Location: RNG drop from Primordial Guardian Radix.
Brand: Daedalus.
Overview: The version I found was the Impulse Hephaestian which came with 2 main abilities which are:
- Stockpiler: On reload, guns with Daedalus licenced parts gain up to +25% damage based on the amount of spare ammo for the the currently equipped gun.
- Bullet Fabricator: On kill, guns with Daedalus licenced parts have 40% chance to refill your magazines.
Maestro
Location: RNG drop from the Shadowpelt boss at the back of the Whistler’s Maw Auger Mine.
Brand: Maliwan.
Overview: The version I found was the Retributive Maestro which came with 2 main abilities which are:
- Synthesizer: Guns with Maliwan licensed parts have +25% status effect damage.
- Primed Potency: Guns with Maliwan licenced parts have +100% status effect chance on the first bullet after reload.
Multistrike
Location: RNG drop from Red Weapons Chests.
Brand: Jakobs.
Overview: The version I found was the Comprehensive Multistrike which came with 2 main abilities which are:
- Sequencer: Guns with Jakobs licenced parts grant consecutive critical hits stacking +5% bonus damage for a maximum of 8 stacks.
- Piercer: Guns with Jakobs licenced parts have a 20% chance to grant a critical hit.
Primadiem
Location: RNG drop from Rocken Roller in the Trinket Crevass Auger Mine.
Brand: Order.
Overview: The version I found was the Commando Y-Initiator which came with 2 main abilities which are:
- Power Shot: Guns with Order-licenced parts gain 30% damage when firing from maximum charge.
- Free Charger: When firing from maximum charge, guns with Order-licenced parts have a 40% chance to make the next shot’s charge time and ammo cost 0.
X-Initiator
Location: RNG drop from the Meathead Riders at the, The Old Scrape Ripper Drill Site.
Brand: Atlas.
Overview: The version I found was the Pneumatic X-Initiator which came with 2 main abilities which are:
- Sure Shot: Projectiles from guns with Atlas licensed parts automatically attach a Tracker Dart every 25 seconds.
- Trauma Bond: Guns with Atlas licenced parts gain +30% damage while target lock is active.
Y-Initiator
Location: RNG drop from Horace.
Brand: Maliwan.
Overview: The version I found was the Pneumatic Y-Initiator which came with 2 main abilities which are:
- Sure Shot: Projectiles from guns with Atlas licensed parts automatically attach a Tracker Dart every 25 seconds.
- Protractor: Guns with Atlas licenced parts have a +50% chance to not consume ammo while target lock is active.
