The Kit Hole Silo
The Kit Hole Silo can be found in the Howl district which is to the West of the Fadefields. Get up to the upper section of land then clear the enemies and have Echo-4 hack the data pad. This will cause a balloon to rise up so get over there and tether to the base to be sent up into the air and towards the Vault Key Fragment. The Vault Key Fragment can be found to the South West of the Howl region in a Kratch Cave.
The Stockroom Silo
The Stockroom Silo can be found in the North East of the Coastal Bonescape district which is in the South West of the Fadefields. Clear out the mobs then mantle your way up to the building and have ECHO-4 hack the datapad to reveal another balloon you can glide down to and tether up. I think whoever in the development team who coded the flight after you tether may have been a bit dyslexic as it will fly you South East, when in the air you need to adjust so you go South West towards the Vault Key Fragment. The Vault Key Fragment can be found on a wooden crate behind the large building on the wooden platform overlooking the ocean.
Deep Seven Silo
The Deep Seven Silo can be found to the North West of the Dissected Plateau districtin the Fadefields which is on the Eastern side and to access it you will need to cross the wooden bridge, tether up then run up the climbing wall. Take out the mobs as you go then once inside the silo have ECHO-4 hack the datapad then tether up to the balloon. Look down to you right to see a small settlement you need to land on. Clear out the Rippers then look to the right of the central path through the area to find a grey grate you can tether and rip out of the way. This will reveal a hidden treasure room you can go down into and collect the Vault Key Fragment from the top right corner.
Open The Vault Of Inceptus
The Primordial Vault in the Fadefields can be found in the Western side of the Dissected Plateau district and will be on the top of the hill so mantle and platform your way around the cliffs and ledges then have ECHO-4 place the key in the slot that has formed to gain access to the Vault of Inceptus.
