Here is the Dark Souls III Master Of Miracles Trophy Guide. There are a total of 38 Miracles to acquire throughout Dark Souls 3, all of which can be acquired on your first playthrough thankfully. The majority of which can be purchased from Irina of Carim who is found in the Undead Settlement then in addition to the plethora of miracles you can purchase from Irina.
You will need advance Siegward of Catarina’s questline, also, one spell needs to be purchased from the Shrine Maiden in Firelink Shrine. You will also need to collect various Boss Souls and to have defeated the Curse-Rotted Greatwood in the Undead Settlement to allow you to trade the Boss Souls with Ludleth in Firelink Shrine.
You will also find miracles dotted throughout the world of Lordran, as well as needing to level 2 separate covenants to Rank 2.

Irina of Carim
The majority of the Miracles in the game can be acquired from Irina of Carim, a prisoner you will need to free in the Undead Settlement. To do so, go out from the Undead Settlement, Dilapidated Bridge bonfire heading towards the Curse-rotted Greatwood boss fight.
Before you go through the building after the Giant is throwing arrows, take a left up through the graveyard and go pas the hut where the Thrall drops down on you to find the Mortician’s Ashes. Take these back to the Shrine Maiden in Firelink Shrine to be able to buy the Grave Key for 1,500 souls.
Assuming you have opened the shortcut next to the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire (go up and around from the Cliff Underside bonfire then right through the gate into the sewer, at the end, climb the ladder and open the gate) head down into the sewer pass the Giant Rat and use the Grave Key on the gate to your right. Careful down here as the skeletons can mob you, make your way through and outside, head up the path in the gulley.
Take a left, into the room full of Rats, climb the ladder to find Irina of Carim, agree to Touch Her then accept her service where she will then go to Firelink Shrine.
To find her, go off to the passageway on the right of Andre the blacksmith.
Siegward of Catarina
You can first find Siegward in the Undead Settlement, head to the Tower leading up to where the Giant is and the Road of Sacrifices can be found.
Speak with Siegward, exhausting his dialogue, ride the elevator up (step on the elevator then roll off quickly where another one will come down) then on the way back down, roll off onto a wooden platform halfway down to find Siegward.
Head down into the village and kill the Demon. Next up you will need to free Siegward from the well just outside the Cathedral of the Deep, Cleansing Chapel bonfire by giving him his armour which can be bought from Unbreakable Patches after triggering the trap in the Cathedral of the Deep.
Finally , head down through the water section from the Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, Church of Yorshka bonfire, take a left through the tunnel passing the sewer centipedes.
At the top of the stairs will be SIegward, speak with him to receive his Miracle, Emit Force.
Boss Soul Miracles
Several miracles are acquired through trading certain boss souls with Ludleth after defeating the Curse-Rotted Greatwood in the Undead Settlement.
The one you won’t pick up through normal play is Rosaria’s Soul which is acquired by killing Rosaria in the Cathedral of the Deep.
Covenant Miracles
The 2 covenants you need to rank up are the Warriors of Sunlight covenant (click the link to go to the Covenant: Warrior Of Sunlight guide). To be able to rank up in this covenant you will need 30 Sunlight Medals which can be acquired by farming the Lothric Knights.
This is easiest from the Lothric Castle, Lothric Castle bonfire. Head right and farm them until you have 30 Sunlight Medals. Increase your item discovery to make this quicker. You will also need to rank the Blades of the Darkmoon Covenant (click the link to go to the Covenant: Blade Of The Darkmoon guide) to Rank 2.
Which will require 30 Proof of a Concord Kept which can be acquired by farming the Silver Knights on the steps of Anor Londo. Increase your item discovery to make this quicker.
You will need to find 4 Tomes throughout the game then take them back to Irina at Firelink Shrine, you have the option of giving these Tomes to Karla however for simplicities sake, it’s just easier to give all 4 to Irina.
The 4 Tomes and there locations are:
Londor Braille Divine Tome
Undead Settlement, Foot of the High Wall bonfire.
Unlocks Dark Blade, Dead Again and Vow of Silence.
You will first need to find Yoel of Londor, who can be found by going down the stairs and taking a left from the bonfire, over to the right side near the end will be Yoel, accept his service for him to go to Firelink Shrine.
You then need to go to Firelink Shrine and speak with Yoel who can be found down the left passageway from Andre the blacksmith. You will need to die 5 times, selecting the option Draw Out True Strength with Yoel allowing you 5 free levels.
Once you have done this 5 times, warp away to any area that isn’t in the Cemetery of Ash then go back to where Yoel was in Firelink Shrine to find him dead with a new NPC, Yuriel of Londor will be nearby.
Speak with her where she will then start to sell you items, including the Londor Braille Divine Tome for 50 souls.
Braille Divine Tome of Carim
Road of Sacrifices, Halfway Fortress bonfire.
Unlocks Force, Med Heal and Tears of Denial.
Come back the way you came and cross the bridge pass the Corvian enemies, drop down to the left of the bridge and follow the path round.
Deal with the 2 Hounds then at the back of the small cave on a corpse is the Braille Divine Tome of Carim.
Deep Braille Divine Tome
Cathedral of the Deep, Deacons of the Deep bonfire.
Unlocks Deep Protection and Gnaw.
Head up the stairs and around to your left, make your way down the stairs and through the water where the Giant is. Stay to the left on your way through here then take the first left down the stairs, from here go through the right door to find a Mimic chest.
Defeat it to acquire the Deep Braille Divine Tome.
Braille Divine Tome of Lothric
Lothric Castle, Dragonslayer Armour bonfire.
Unlocks Blessed Weapon, Bountiful Sunlight and Magic Barrier.
Head back towards Lothric Castle, at the end of the area before entering the Castle look over to your left where you will see a broken section of wall, ensure you are at high health then drop off.
Go inside the room and up the stairs to find the Braille Divine Tome of Lothric on a corpse. Now you have all 4 Tomes here is where you can find all 38 Miracles in the order you can find them, through the following categories, NPCs Boss Souls, World Loot, then finally Covenants.
I will also list the stats required for you to wield them as well as their FP cost. In order to cast a miracle you will need either a Chime or a Talisman then attune the spell at any bonfire.
Shrine Maiden
Heal Aid: 500 souls.
27 FP, 8 Faith.
Bought from the Shrine Maiden in Firelink Shrine for 500 souls.
Irina of Carim
Heal: 100 souls.
45 FP, 12 Faith.
Replenishment: 1,000 souls.
30 FP, 15 Faith.
Caressing Tears: 1,500 souls.
14 FP, 12 Faith.
Homeward: 3,000 souls.
30 FP, 18 Faith.
Med Heal: 3,500 souls.
55 FP, 15 Faith.
Bountiful Light: 5,000 souls.

World Loot Miracles
Lightning Spear
20 FP, 20 Faith.
Road of Sacrifices, Old Wolf of Farron bonfire.
Head up the elevator then drop down onto the ledge to get to the area behind the gate. On a corpse at the far left section just in front of the slain Wyvern is the Lightning Spear miracle.
Atonement
15 FP, 18 Faith.
Road of Sacrifices, Keep Perimeter bonfire.
Go down the stairs from the bonfire and head through the hole in the wall to the right. Drop down to the ledge then drop down again to find the Atonement miracle on a corpse.
Lightning Stake
34 FP, 35 Faith.
Catacombs of Carthus, Demon Ruins bonfire.
Defeat the Carthus Sandworm, stand behind the Sandworm in the line of the ballista and let the splash damage from the arrows kill the Carthus Sandworm for you.
Once it’s down, you will receive the Lightning Stake miracle.
Dorhys’ Gnawing
20 FP, 25 Faith.
Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, Church of Yorshka bonfire.
Head back to the central area from the bonfire and go down the first set of stairs in front of you then take a left.
At the top of the stairs in front of you to the right is an illusionary wall, go through it then go down the stairs and cross the small bridge to where you will see an Evangelist down and to your left.
Defeat the Evangelist to acquire the Dorhys’ Gnawing miracle.
Great Heal
65 FP, 25 Faith.
Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, Churc of Yorshka bonfire.
From the bonfire head down into the water section where you go pass the Irithyllian Slaves in the large dark room then head directly forward staying to the right from the stairs leading into the water.
Hopefully, you killed the Sulyvahn’s Beast on the bridge when you first got to the Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, otherwise you will have to take it on here in water making the fight harder. As soon as it’s been dealt with either way, head around to the right where you will find the Great Heal miracle.
Lightning Blade
50 FP, 30 Faith.
Irithyll Dungeon, Irithyll Dungeon bonfire.
Make your way down to the lowest level of the Dungeon where the Jailers are then rather than heading right to go towards the Profaned Capital go left through the corridor.
Go up to the right and call the elevator, halfway up is a wooden ledge you can drop / roll onto. On this ledge is the Lightning Blade miracle.
Wrath of the Gods
40 FP, 30 Faith.
Irithyll Dungeon, Profaned Capital bonfire.
Proceed down the ladder and outside, take a left then head over the small wooden bridge, when inside the corridors, take a left then a right then a left to avoid falling into the swamp making you toxic.
Once you’re out on the wooden platform, roll down into the swamp then roll across to avoid the toxic status and go up the ladder, head around the edge of the roof then come back on yourself after climbing one set of stairs.
Drop down into the building through the opening on the roof to acquire the Wrath of the Gods miracle.
Great Magic Barrier
40 FP, 25 Faith.
Archdragon Peak, Great Belfry bonfire.
From the bonfire, head out down the steps then over to your right where there will be a Rock Lizard guarding a ladder. Climb this ladder then drop off through the break in the wall to your left trying to avoid the Havel Knight unless you want to have one hell of a fight.
After dropping down, make your way forward, taking care around the Rock Lizard to find the Great Magic Barrier miracle on the edge of the ledge.
Divine Pillars of Light
3 FP, 30 Faith.
Lothric Castle, Grand Archives bonfire.
Head to the very top of the Archives near the 3 Winged Cathedral Knights. There is an opening you can go through to avoid fighting them just to the left of the building before going up the final set of stairs to the dome.
In here will be a large bird cage you can drop into, in the centre of which will be the Divine Pillars of Light miracle.
Covenant Miracles
Darkmoon Blade
50 FP, 30 Faith.
Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, Prison Tower bonfire.
Blades of the Darkmoon Covenant, Rank 2.
Ascend the Blades of the Darkmoon Covenant to Rank 2 by offering 30 Proof of a Concord Kept to Company Captain Yorshka.
Sacred Oath
65 FP, 28 Faith.
Lothric Castle, Dragonslayer Armour Bonfire.
Warrior of Sunlight Covenant, Rank 1.
Ascend the Warrior of Sunlight to Rank 1 by offering 10 Sunlight Medals to the Altar of Sunlight.
Great Lightning Spear
32 FP, 30 Faith.
Lothric Castle, Dragonslayer Armour Bonfire.
