Clear the zombies in the local area then hold the switch down to raise the shutter allowing you inside Rose’s place. There is a chance you will be ambushed by Grant and Screamer who are part of the Drunk and Disorderly side quest so deal with them then look to the left of the cash register where you can collect the Need For Needles note from the counter.
Leave Rose’s tattoo then head South East along the boardwalk taking a left at Body Modifications before you get to the crashed picked up, continue North East to Venice Autos, go inside and take down every enemy in here.
Go around to the right side of the office, jump through the window, smash the fragile box and collect the Circuit Breaker from the shelf then head outside.
Look to your left where you will see a fenced off area at side of Muscle Beach with the yellow mural of the bodybuilder posing, you need to throw the circuit breaker over the fence then use the pallets to your left to mantle up and drop down inside the fenced off area.
Collect the circuit breaker and place it in to the circuit box then mantle back up and across to the same side of the fence you started on, clear any zombies who have appeared and use the switch in between the blue shutters where you can finally get in to Muscle Beach Nutrition.
Clear all of the zombies inside then collect the Protein Please note on the far counter and use the switch on the South side of the building to leave through the shutter where you will more than likely be ambushed by a Screamer and several zombies.
Head North West all the way along the boardwalk to Gang Green where Doc Marin, a Walker will be outside somewhere close by so take him down and collect the Gang Green Gate Key then head round the back of the building where you faced off against your first Inferno Crusher, Dillon in the story.
Open the gate then disarm the rigged shotgun above the broken section of the door then go through taking care to jump over the 2 tripwires and head round to find a deceased Pablo who has the High Stakes phone next to poor old Pablo concluding the Missing: Pablo lost and found quest.
