Dead Nation Apocalypse Edition Mission 5, Edge Of City Loot

Here we will go over the Dead Nation Apocalypse Edition Mission 5, Edge Of City loot which is part of the King of Looters trophy and requires you to collect every piece of loot from a mission including looting every gold chest, small box, car boot and vending machine whilst also fending off the Zombie Hordes and Monsters that stand in your way.

In Mission 5, Edge of City there will be 40 pieces of Loot for you to find, you will also need to collect or smash any Health Packs which drop from Zombies. If you are at full health, Melee the Health Packs to receive some Gold instead. If you miss any piece of loot in Edge of City you will need to go all the way back through the mission and collect it all again so make sure you read the guide before advancing to much to save yourself some hassle.

You also need to ensure you loot the car boots before destroying the cars and be aware that the AOE explosion can easily trigger other cars to explode so carefully take down any Zombies in the local area aiming away from the cars if you can to avoid hitting them. If you do destroy a car, try and grab the loot from it and surrounding vehicles quickly. The 40 pieces of Loot you can find throughout Mission 5, Edge of City are:

1. Leave the Checkpoint at the start of the mission then go right and open the white car boot.
   Loot: Gold.
2. Open the black car boot just up from the white car in the same area.
   Loot: Gold.
3. Go left in the same area and open the white car boot.
   Loot: Gold.
4. Hit the vending machine just up against the building in the same area.
   Loot: Health / Gold.
5. Head up the street to the junction then open the Police car boot.
   Loot: Gold.
6. Take out every Zombie then go through the gate and make your way round to the lower right and open the Police car boot.
   Loot: Gold.
7. Continue going down to your right to find a small box you can open.
   Loot: Multiplier / Gold.
8. Go up through the area hugging the building on the right then go into the alcove to find a gold chest.
   Loot: ExoGear #3 Arms Armour.
9.  Go left of the gold chest to find a Police car whose boot you need to open.
   Loot: Gold.
10. Head left along the street then as the Runner jumps out of the sewer, look behind it to see a vending machine against the wall just by a large red rubbish bin.
    Loot: Health / Gold.
11. Go through the checkpoint then go round the coach and back down towards the bottom of the screen. Deal with the ambush then open the small box in the bottom right corner of the area.
    Loot: Multiplier / Gold.
12. Go back up and over to your right where you can loot the car boot.
    Loot: Gold.
13. Go to your right from the previous car and open the small box against the right building.
    Loot: Multiplier / Gold.
14. Head over to the left in a straight line from the small box in the same area to find a car whose boot needs opening.
    Loot: Gold.
15. Head up the street then open the car boot on the left side of the street.
    Loot: Gold.
16. There will be a car on the right side of the street which needs it boot opening in the same area.
    Loot: Gold.
17. Go further up the street the quickly loot the car on the left behind the barrier before the Bombie can blow it up.
    Loot: Gold.
18. Continue forward then before jumping the ramp open the boot on the car on the left side of the area.
    Loot: Gold.
19. Jump the ramp then go to the left corner of the junction and open the boot of the car here.
    Loot: Gold.
20. Go to the top left of the same area and open the car boot.
    Loot: Gold.
21. Go to the right side of the blue bus then open the car boot.
    Loot: Gold.
22. Head to the bottom right of the same area and open the car boot.
    Loot: Gold.
23. Go through the gate then open the car on the right’s boot.
    Loot: Gold.
24. Open the car boot of the car just behind the gate.
    Loot: Gold.
25. Open the car boot on the left side of the area.
    Loot: Gold.
26. Go to the left side and open the small box.
    Loot: Multiplier / Gold.
27. Open the car boot just in front of the checkpoint gate.
    Loot: Gold.
28. Open the car boot of the car in the top right of the same area.
    Loot: Gold.
29. Leave the checkpoint then go right and open the Police car boot.
    Loot: Gold.
30. Go up then stay to the right side and go into the small cut out to find a gold chest.
    Loot: Exogear #3 Legs Armour.
31. Continue up the street and stay on the left side to find a vending machine before you get to the propane tank.
    Loot: Health / Gold.
32. Proceed up the street until the Runner jumps out of the sewer then once its down open the small box behind the sewer grate.
    Loot: Ammunition.
33. Before going through the large red Torii Gate go left and hit the vending machine.
    Loot: Health / Gold.
34. Once through the giant red Torii Gate go left and open the car boot.
    Loot: Gold.
35. Go slightly further up and on the right side will be another car whose boot needs opening in the same area.
    Loot: Gold.
36. Go forward and right where you can go forward through the tram car then go right again to find a gold chest.
    Loot: ExoGear #3 Torso Armour.
37. Head to the far left side of the same area pass the street then open the car boot next to the building with the diagonal steps.
    Loot: Gold.
38. Go up the street staying left to find another car whose boot needs opening.
    Loot: Gold.
39. Go tot he right side of the street in the same area to find another car whose boot needs opening.
    Loot: Gold.
40. Just as you go through the final gate ensure you open the car boot on the left side BEFORE going on to the conclusion zone.
    Loot: Gold.

You are then free to step on to the finishing zone and complete Mission 5, Edge of City.
