Here is the Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition Physical Perfection Trophy Guide. In order to upgrade your vitality gauge, you will need to collect blue orb fragments which can be found through the various missions in the game as well as purchase 6 blue orbs through the customize option in the pre-mission screen under the items tab.
The 6 blue orbs will cost you 1,500, 3,500, 6,000, 9,000, 18,000 and 40,000 orbs totalling 78,000 red orbs and become available at the start of mission 2. The blue orbs will give you one additional bar of health each, however, you will need to find 4 blue orb fragments in order to be given additional health bars.
The remaining 32 blue orb fragments can be found at the following locations:
Blue Orb Fragment 1
Mission 1.
Proceed through the mission then drop off the broken bridge, rather than heading forward. Turn around and go back under the bridge which you just dropped off, pass the Red Empusa enemy and jump up the the ledge where you will see the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 2
Mission 2.
Continue through the mission to the 2nd Nidhogg Hatchling in the mansion. In the right side room will be a black section of floor which can be damaged whilst in combat against the 3 Hell Caina. Ensure you do either a jumping slam attack or allow the enemies to attack you where they will also hit the black flooring which should only take one or two hits. Once the floor has given way, drop down through the hole to find the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 3
Mission 2.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 1 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 4
Mission 2.
Carry on through the mission to the street where you will need to obtain a Nidhogg Hatchling. Obtain it then head straight forward and jump up the side of the building into a small room above where you will find the blue orb fragment just before proceeding through where you will be ambushed by 2 Hell Antenora.
Blue Orb Fragment 5
Mission 3.
Jump across to the adjacent rooftop after your first encounter with the Hellbats then rather than activating the next jump pad. Jump up the wall in front of you and drop down to the roof on the other side. Turn around and look in between the 2 air conditioning units to find the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 6
Mission 3.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 2 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 7
Mission 3.
From secret mission 2’s location, head up the staircase to the very top ignoring the left you would usually take in order to fight the Death Scissors. Jump up the wall onto a small ledge above you. Press Circle in order to mantle up to the very top through the hole then turn around to find the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 8
Mission 4.
Please Note: In Mission 4, you will need to ensure you collect the Nidhogg Hatchling after you have first summoned Nightmare before heading into the building with the purple orb fragment as this is needed to acquire blue orb fragment 10.
Proceed through the mission to the street level ensuring you have 3 bars of Devil Trigger, then look at the wall with the blue cloaked woman and press L1 to summon Nightmare who will smash through the wall which will earn you Backroad if you haven’t acquired it as yet. Defeat all of the Demon’s that appear then jump up over the smashed wall and go up the staircase to find the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 9
Mission 4.
Head down the stairs from the 7th blue orb fragment and go out the left side doorway, follow the path around to the right and collect the Nidhogg Hatchling. Jump over the small wall in front of you and head forward to where you can use the Nidhogg hatchling on your left rather than following the open path to the right. Once the Nidhogg Hatchling has cleared the path you will find the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 10
Mission 4.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 3 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 11
Mission 5.
Proceed through the mission to the warehouse then jump up to the first fight on top of the white containers. Defeat all of the enemies then drop down, turn around and go down the right side path where you will find the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 12
Mission 5.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 4 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 13
Mission 8.
Please Note: You will need a Gerbera Devil Breaker (500 red orbs) equipped. Proceed through the mission to the first Divinity Statue after the second blood tunnel you travel through. Head through the tunnel, then if playing as Nero, jump across the gap then, with the Gerbera Devil Breaker equipped press Circle 3 times to boost yourself across to the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 14
Mission 8.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 5 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 15
Mission 8.
Continue through the mission until you come to the fourth and final blood tunnel, before heading inside of it. Go around the back and defeat the Qliphoth tentacle which will then reveal the blue orb fragment at the entrance to the blood tunnel.
Blue Orb Fragment 16
Mission 9.
Proceed through the mission to just after where you can summon Nightmare through the wall in order to unlock Eagle-Eyed then defeat the enemies which spawn. Once they are all defeated, look to your left to see several arches. Go around to the right of the arches ensuring you have 3 bars of Devil trigger, you will be able to see the blue orb fragment through the Qiliphoth roots. Focus the camera on the blood clot at the back of the area and press L1 to summon Nightmare, smashing the blood clot and removing the roots. Go through and collect the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 17
Mission 9.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 6 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 18
Mission 9.
Head through the mission to the slope leading you up to the catacombs, once you have killed the enemies on the slope allowing you to proceed through, drop down the hole then head to the back of the area and double jump across the gap to the ledge opposite. Then double jump your way up the ledges to the top, turn to your right then double jump the gap where you will find the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 19
Mission 10.
Continue through the mission to the area where you need to defeat the 2 Death Scissors enemies, deal with them then head through the corridor to the next area where you need to defeat the enemies to proceed. Do so as quickly as you can then before heading forward, look to the left wall as you dropped into the area to see a pulsing doorway which will close if you’re not quick enough.
Once through the doorway, follow the path up to the top taking care not to fall off the end. Stand on the very edge then double jump to your left onto a small platform upon which will be the blue orb fragment.

Mission 10.

Mission 11.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 8 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).

Mission 11.
From blue orb fragment 21’s location, drop down to the lowest level as you usually would to proceed through the mission and smash the blood clot to lower the buildings letting you continue. The blue orb fragment will be visible on the next level up directly in front of you. Take care once you collect the fragment as you will be ambushed by several enemies.
Blue Orb Fragment 23
Mission 12.
Go through the mission to where you need to smash the blood clots to move the statue, the blood clot directly after the fight with the Behemoth is the one you’re looking for here. Smash through it then double jump up to the right directly after going through the now open path. In the small cave will be the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 24
Mission 12.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 9 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 25
Mission 14.
Once you have lost Griffon, Shadow and Nightmare you will then be in a large cavern. Look directly to your right to see the blue orb fragment on a rock formation, stand at the bottom as close as you can then wall jump up the formation then at the peak of the jump, press R1+Circle to dash forward. You should just get enough height to make it onto the platform allowing you to collect the blue orb fragment.

Mission 14.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 10 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 27
Mission 15.
Head through the mission to the 1st Divinity Statue then follow the path behind the statue to a hidden area. You will need to have at least 1 Gerbera Devil Breaker equipped (500 red orbs from the statue) and try to ensure you don’t collect any other Devil Breaker as you make your way up the side of the rock formations. Navigating your way to the top of the area can be tricky, just keep the camera facing the way you want to go and continuously press Circle to boost yourself up.
Watch the video at the top of the page to show an accurate way of doing it as I appreciate it can be slightly misleading reading it, where as the video guide will show you exactly what you need to do. Once at the very top of the area, you will be able to collect the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 28
Mission 15.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 11 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 29
Mission 15.
Make your way through mission 15 to the second divinity statue then go left as you normally would, take out the 2 Hell Caina and the Baphomet then stand on the boost pad, look up and grapple to the ledge above using the grapple orb. From here, follow the path around either defeating the enemies or running pass them, once back in the tunnel, jump up to your left following the red orbs to the highest platform in order to collect the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 30
Mission 16.
You will receive this blue orb fragment by completing secret mission 12 (Click the link to go to the Secrets Exposed Trophy Guide for more information).
Blue Orb Fragment 31
Mission 16.
Please Note: Ensure you have the Cavaliere equipped as you will need it in order to reach this blue orb fragment. From the start of the mission, drop down to the 2nd fight where you take on 2 Infernal Drakes and a Behemoth then at the exit, carefully double jump to the crumbling platform on the right then quickly double jump again to the crumbling platform in front of you.
Go forward through the tunnel and drop down where you will face off against 2 more Behemoths, defeat them and drop down again. Now you will be able to see the blue orb fragment across the chasm and will take some creativity to reach. Press Up to activate the Trickster stance then ensure you have the Cavaliere equipped, run forward and double jump across the chasm, press Circle to dash forward then repeatedly press Triangle to swing the Cavaliere around propelling yourself forward until you are on the platform with the blue orb fragment.
Blue Orb Fragment 32
Mission 18.
Continue through the mission until you have defeated Shadow, during the cut scene, you will see it flee up 3 platforms. Follow Shadow’s path then wait once at the top for a couple of seconds where 3 Red Empusa will spawn. Defeat all 3 of them before they escape (Devil Trigger / Kalina Ann will help), if you fail to kill all 3, you will need to restart the mission and have another go. Once you have defeated all 3 Red Empusa, you will then be able to collect the blue orb fragment.
After you have collected the 6 blue orbs as well as all 32 red orb fragments, your Trophy will then unlock.
