Complete 15 Rally Stages with Hardcore Damage enabled

Hardcore damage is Dirt Rally’s version of simulation damage so crashing the car badly will result in punctures and engine damage. Thankfully you can get this one done by completing short stages in slower cars and as this is a “complete” trophy all you need to do is cross the finish line.

To get this trophy from the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by create championship then press Triangle on the championship settings option.

Make sure hardcore damage is set to yes and pick any rally, stage and vehicle class you wish. Now complete that stage, then repeat the process until you have done this 15 times your Trophy will unlock.

Now you will take part in 4 qualifier events, one semi-final and one final, all you need do is place high enough up in the qualifiers and secure enough points to enter the semi-final so use this opportunity to learn the random course the game selects for you.

Once you have reached the semi-final it’s very simple, just win at all costs, the same process is for the final.

After you have won the Semi and the Final your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Fire Up That Car Again trophy

Fire Up That Car… Again
Finish in the top tier of a Daily Challenge Community Event in an Audi Sport quattro S1 E2.

This is the hardest main game trophy, the Audi Quattro will need to be purchased in order to make a start on this one. To do this select garage from the main menu followed by purchase vehicles.

If the car is not available to buy them you will have to go back when the stock refreshes which can be found by looking at the countdown clock in the upper right-hand side of the screen.

With the car bought which will cost you around 250k credits, you are set to take on the challenge but I recommend you purchase all car upgrades which are unlock tuning, the brakes, suspension and differential durability.

Doing this including buying the car will set you back around 450k coins.

Now you need to check the daily events on a daily basis until one comes up with the car class Group B 4WD, when this happens you are all set to enter the race so load up and then when you reach the service area go down to the tune vehicle tab.

In that menu alter the brakes to be a higher braking force and more front bias as for me this made the car more controllable under braking. As it’s a random stage and stage conditions each time you will need to run as best a time as you can making as few mistakes as possible in this insanely powerful car.

All I can suggest is you get a feel for the car and see how much you can push, it will take several attempts to get this done if you’re lucky. What I have found is shorter stages 3-4 miles long you need to be about 20 seconds off the top time for top tier.

Middle-sized stages 5-6 miles you need to be 40 seconds off the best time and finally long stages in excess of 7 miles you need to be about 60 seconds off the top time.

You CANNOT quit or retire or even restart this event because you only get one run each time the event becomes available. Once you have set your time you now need to wait for the event to expire which as this is a daily challenge is the next day when your reward will be waiting.

If you have reached the Top Tier, first off, Massive Congratulations. Your Trophy will unlock once you have claimed your reward.

Dirt Rally 2.0 That's Dedication trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

That’s Dedication
Complete 3 Weekly Community Events

Every Tuesday a new weekly community event will be released and they’re between 7-9 stages long at a random rally location and a random car class to compete in.

To access this event from the main menu select events then scroll right until the event highlighted says “weekly event”.

Chances are you will have to buy cars to compete with and as this is a random class each week it’s hard to give an exact amount of coins needed to purchase an eligible vehicle.

The most expensive rally car class is R5 at around 400k coins per vehicle so make sure you have a good half million coins as every 2-3 stages in the weekly community event will have a service section which will cost coins to repair your car.

This is a long trophy that requires you to cross the finish line for all stages in each of the 3 weekly events.

If you retire or total your car it won’t count towards the trophy so race on the cautious side all your doing is aiming to cross the finish line.

For me, 2 of the 3 weekly events were in Australia and the final one was Argentina, the car classes were R4, H1 and H2 but again this is random so can and will be different.

As already stated your aim is to cross the finish line for all 3 of these events and once you have finished your 3rd event your Trophy will unlock.

  2. Ford RS200.

Now press GGGULTRAR1 until you reach the group B tab, you may have to return if all cars are not available as the classifieds update daily with different stock.

Win every Qualifier, the Semi Final, and Final in a World RX event

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select World Rallycross Championship, make sure difficulty is set to very easy, no point in making this any harder.

Although the trophy states win every qualifier there is a little bit more to it than that.

Each qualifier has 4 heats with all 20 drivers taking part in each one of those 4 heats.

So your aim is to set the fastest time of each qualifier heat, setting the fastest time will give you 50 points so you have to make sure you earn the maximum 200 points from your 4 qualifiers.

Then the same applies for the semi-final, you have to make sure you set the fastest time.

The final is a simple win and as you have set the difficulty to very easy doing a clean race without making many mistakes should see you being roughly 5-10 seconds quicker than the AI.

Your Trophy will unlock after the event has finished.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Around the Gloeb trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Complete an event at every unique location

The quickest way to get this trophy is from the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by create championship.

Add one stage from each of the 6 rallies, vehicle class, weather and all other settings are your choice now simply complete each of the stages.

Now repeat the process for the 8 Rallycross locations.

The 6 Rally locations are:

  1. Argentina.
  2. Australia.
  3. New Zealand.
  4. Poland.
  5. Spain.
  6. United States.

And the 8 Rallycross locations are:

  1. Mettet.
  2. Trois rivieres.
  3. Silverstone.
  4. Loheac Bretagne.
  5. Hell.
  6. Montalegre.
  7. Barcelona.

There are a total of 4 group A cars you’ll need to purchase. In order to purchase all 4 of these cars, you will need around 1 millions credits.

To buy the cars from the main menu select garage followed by purchase vehicles, then press R1 until you reach the Group A tab, you may have to return if all cars are not available as the Classifieds update daily with different stock.

The cars you need to purchase are as follows:

  • Mitsubishi Lancer.
  • Subaru Impreza.
  • Toyota Corolla.
  • Ford escort.

Once you have purchased all 4 cars your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Monster Energy Supercharge Award trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Monster Energy Supercharge Award
Get the fastest start in a World RX Final

This can only be got from the FIA World Rallycross championship so to do this from the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select FIA World Rallycross championship.

From this point you’re free to use any car and any course, I suggest setting the AI difficulty to 1 (very easy) just to make this as easy as possible.

Your next aim is to go through the 4 qualifiers and semi-final to reach the final which is the only way of getting this trophy.

Once you have made the final and are in the service area, scroll down and select options followed by game settings now press R1 until you reach the assists tab and make sure launch control is set to off otherwise you’ll be unable to get this trophy.

Now return back to the service area menu and start the race, the game prompts you to hold down the handbrake which is Circle.

Then you will see a set of red lights that will eventually turn green now your aim is to be the first to react to the lights changing colour.

If you fail to get the fastest start press the Options button and select restart to go through the procedure again, once you get the fastest start your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 We Had to Change the Girboks trophy

Repair your car before a stage and win

From the main menu my press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now select custom followed by create championship add any rally event you wish.

Select any car class and add 2 stages make sure the 2nd stage has a service area otherwise you can’t repair the car.

Drive the first stage and make sure you damage the car, when in the service area for the 2nd stage simply select repair vehicle, press Triangle when in the repair vehicle options for recommended repairs.

With that done simply win the next stage where your Trophy will unlock.

Complete 50 Joker laps

In a Rallycross, race drivers are required to take a joker lap once per event, a joker lap is an extra section of the track that adds around 2-3 seconds to the total lap time.

The quickest way to get the 50 joker laps is to start a custom championship by pressing R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by create.

Championship and add a Rallycross course as the event. Set the laps to 8, all other options are personal preference.

Now drive the joker section in each lap, once you have completed your 50th joker lap your Trophy will then unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Flight School trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Flight School
Complete 25 jumps of 30m or more

Here is a really simple method to getting this trophy.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by create championship and add Poland as the event, make sure the car class is R5.

Now select the stage Jezioro Lukie, all other settings can be whatever you wish.

I chose the car class R5 because the cars have good power, about 30 seconds into the stage is a big jump so simply land the jump then pause the game and press restart.

Simply repeat this process until your Trophy unlocks.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Focused trophy
PlayStation Silver Trophy

Win your first event with Hardcore damage enabled

Hardcore damage means your car will break down really quickly so for this trophy you have to be quick but also be cautious.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now choose custom followed by custom championship.

Now you can select any rally, any stage and any car class but before you start the championship make sure that you press Triangle to bring up the championship settings and ensure hardcore damage is enabled.

Now simply win the stage, which will unlock your Trophy.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Wheel Spin trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Wheel Spin
Win 10 stages without using any assists

This trophy can sound quite challenging but like most other Dirt Rally 2.0 trophies you can make it easier.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by create championship.

Now choose Spain as the rally and choose the car class as H1 because these cars are slow so power is not a concern and it means you can control the car easily even with no assists then finally choose any of the short stages.

Now before you start the stage press Triangle to alter the settings and make sure the AI difficulty is set to very easy. Now start the event and let the game load up the service area, when in the service area scroll down and select options.

Once in the options menu choose assists and turn all assists off and that includes settings the gears to manual with that done you’re all ready to go.

Next you have to win the stage but as previously mentioned the game is set up to slow the AI down, it might take a run or two to get used to the feel of the car but you should have a good 15-20 seconds to play with.

You can make mistakes, on my final run I ran wide so just stopped the car and then you can press Down to reset to the track, you will receive a 4 second penalty but you again, should have plenty of time to play with.

When you cross the finish line you will need to repeat the process again until you get the 10 wins, once you get your 10th win your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Caution Don't Cut trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

CAUTION, Don’t Cut
Complete a stage without damaging your car

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab then select custom and custom championship, for this trophy you can use any rally and any car class.

I chose Spain because it’s a tarmac stage making it easier to drive on, I would recommend a slower car class as that way you can control the car easier whilst completing the stage.

You can get away with extremely minor contact but try to avoid making contact with anything.

Once you cross the finish line unscathed your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Don't Knock my Line trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Don’t Knock my Line
Spin 3 times on a stage and win

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by create championship.

You can choose any rally stage and any car class you wish but for every spin, it will cost you around 10 seconds of time lost, so for that reason.

I chose Spain as the rally and a long stage at over 8 miles in length to give me enough time to build a decent lead before I started the deliberate spins.

To spin the car you need to have a decent speed of at least 50mph / 80kmh and then press the Circle button to apply the handbrake while turning the steering wheel to create the spin, if done correctly you will get an option to reset to the track by pressing Down.

Pressing Down will also give you a reset penalty of around 4-8 seconds which is why you need to do this on such a long stage.

When you are reset to the track you’ll need to accelerate and perform the same actions a further 2 times.

For me at the start of the last split I was 50 seconds clear of the class leader and by the end I was only 20 seconds clear so if you don’t have at least 30 seconds of distance between yourself and the AI chances are you will struggle to get this trophy done.

With all that done and having won the stage, your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Speedy Machine trophy
PlayStation Silver Trophy

Complete a Full Format Rallycross Event at Silverstone

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now choose custom followed by create championship.

Select the Silverstone Rallycross and make sure full format is selected, to make this quicker make sure all qualifiers, semi and final are set to just 2 laps now simply race and complete all the races.

Once you cross the line in the final your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Upgraded trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

UPGRADED
Fully research and apply the maximum engine upgrade to 5 cars

A very time-consuming trophy as you are required to purchase and race a minimum of 5 cars.

Having said that all you need to do is race a car in career rally or Rallycross or take part in the daily, weekly and monthly events the game has on offer.

Each car has a different amount of potential upgrades to the engine ranging from 4-6 upgrades so depending which cars you upgrade depends how much you have to race them.

For me, I did the 2 starting cars you receive automatically which are the Lancia Fulvia and the Corsa 1600 Rallycross.

I also purchased the VW Golf GTI 16v, the Peugeot 205 and the Peugeot 208 R2 so this trophy will cost you around 400k credits.

Each time you race a car it will upgrade, to check a car’s progress from the main menu select garage then press Cross on the car followed by pressing R1 until you reach the engine tab and if all the engine upgrades have a green circle, you will have finished that car and can move onto the next.

With all 5 cars done all you need to do now is to buy the maximum upgrade for each of the 5 cars, once done, your Trophy will unlock.

Complete your first AI Challenge

An AI challenge can be a daily, weekly or monthly event, to access this event you firstly need an applicable car from a random car class.

From the main menu press Cross on the events tab and scroll all the way to the right which you will eventually reach the AI challenges, a green tick on the car class at the bottom of the screen will confirm you have an applicable vehicle.

Now all you need to is simply finish the event where your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Where in Doubt trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

When in Doubt…
Set the fastest time on a stage with high surface degradation

High surface degradation means that you start the stage towards the back of the running order so on a rally like Spain with is tarmac does not have high surface degradation.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by custom championship add the rally Argentina and make sure that the surface degradation is set to full otherwise the trophy won’t unlock.

Now choose any stage and car class and simply win the stage to unlock your Trophy.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Against the Clock trophy
PlayStation Gold Trophy

Against the Clock
Complete 10 Time Trial events

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select Time Trial and select any stage from any rally or rallycross course.

Choose any vehicle class and weather conditions you wish all you need to do is cross the finish line to set a time.

I suggest doing the 8 rallycross courses as they are all between 40-50 seconds per lap, once you have set a valid lap pause the game and end the session to register the time, then quit to the main menu, select a different rallycross course and set a valid lap time again.

With the 8 Rallycross’ courses compete now select 2 stages from any of the Rally’s you wish and complete them.

Once you cross the finish line on your 2nd rally course your Trophy will unlock .

Win a Rally event in New Zealand

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now select custom and custom championship, add an event from Hawkes Bay New Zealand.

All you need to do is win the stage where your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Bringing the Thunder trophy
PlayStation Silver Trophy

Bringing the Thunder
Win 10 stages in the rain

Rain stages make the car somewhat unpredictable to handle due to the wet surface so this can be a tricky trophy to unlock.

However, I have found an easy way to get this one out the way, from the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by create championship, press Triangle to bring up the championship options and make sure the AI is set to 1 (very easy) and hardcore damage is turned off.

Now add the Spanish rally and choose the H1 car class, select any stage and make sure the stage says either showers or heavy rain for it to count.

I chose the Spain rally because it’s 100% tarmac and you can have set tyres which gives you really good grip in the corners.

This is still a win trophy so it might take a run or 2 to get used to how wet roads handle but thankfully you have plenty of time to play with as I was nearly always 30 seconds quicker than the AI.

Once you cross the finish line simply re-run the steps above, when you cross the finish line to win your 10th stage your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 An Expensive Hobby trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

An Expensive Hobby
Earn 1,000,000 Credits

The only way to earn credits in Dirt Rally 2.0 is to compete in the daily, weekly and monthly events, career events all of which are located under the events tab on the main menu.

You will need eligible vehicles to participate in some of the events but thankfully you can use your 2 starting vehicles to compete in career rally and career rallycross.

If you win you will earn over 250,000 credits so you can use this to purchase more cars to compete in the daily, weekly and monthly challenges which you will receive your credits once the event has finished.

Either way, once you have earned over 1,000,000 credits your Trophy will unlock .

Dirt Rally 2.0 Adaptable trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Adaptable
Complete a stage in Dry, Overcast, Rain and Wet conditions

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now choose custom followed by create championship.

Add any rally event, I chose Spain for its shortest stage, select any car class you wish now you have to add 4 stages with the following conditions:

  • Daytime / clear / dry surface.
  • Sunset / overcast / dry surface.
  • Daytime / cloudy / wet surface.
  • Sunset / light rain / wet surface.

Make sure you add a service area in order to repair your car in-between stages.

Once this is all done simply start the championship and complete each of the 4 stages, once you cross the finish line of the final stage your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 The Right Way Up trophy

The Right Way Up
Roll your car during a Rally stage in Australia and continue

For me, I got this trophy from playing career rally located in the my team and events tab.

You can make this trophy a lot easier by choosing the free play tab then choose custom followed by create championship, make sure the rally is Australia but your free to choose any car class and stage.

Rolling your car is actually easier than it sounds because a lot of the stages in Australia have gravel banks so if your lucky you can get the car to roll, try and slide the car up the bank at speed.

Get the angle right and you’ll roll your car, as long as it isn’t wrecked you’ll be able to continue and when you cross the line your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Tough Competition trophy

Complete 3 Championships in Historic Championships

To reach the historic championships menu press R1 from the main menu until you reach the free play tab now select historic championships.

For this trophy you can do any 3 championships but to make this as quick and easy as possible I recommend you do the first 3 in the starting championship “classic rally”.

The 2 remaining championships in this category are H2 RWD CUP and H3 RWD LEGENDS so you can do them whichever way round you wish.

Simply select the next championship and any car you wish from the eligible cars and enter both championships one after each other.

As stated in the trophy description all you need do is complete the championship so you can literally finish last as long as you cross the finish line it will count as progress towards the trophy.

If you retire or D.N.F. it won’t count and as a result you would have to restart the entire championship for it to count so be a bit on the cautious side in order to safely complete the championship.

All the championships in this category are 2 rallies in length and each rally has 5 stages so you will need to complete a total of 30 stages in all 3 categories to get this trophy.

With that done, any finishing position is fine your Trophy will unlock during the event results screen of the 3rd and final championship you enter.

Ensure you add 3 events from the North American rally event “New England” and the car class is set to NR4/R4.

Make sure you select the Subaru as your car for each event now this is just a “complete” rather than a “win” so all you need to do is cross the finish line for each of the 3 events.

Your Trophy will unlock shortly after crossing the finish line for the 3rd and final event.

From the main menu make sure My-Team is the active tab then select garage and choose a rally car.

Pressing Cross on the car with bring up the mini menu for the car now press R1 until you reach the upgrades tab and purchase “unlock tuning” which for the Lancia Fulvia I used was only 10k coins.

Now return to the main menu and select events from the my-team tab followed by career rally, choose the car you have just purchased the unlock tuning for and load up the rally until you reach the service area.

In the service area scroll down to tune vehicle and select any option from any of the menus.

Finally press Triangle and select save tuning, once you press Cross on save tuning your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 World RX Champion trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

World RX Champion
Win 8 Events in the FIA World Rallycross Championship mode

The World RX Champion trophy is probably one of the longer trophies in Dirt Rally 2.0 but thankfully it can be made easier by reducing the AI difficulty.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select FIA World Rallycross mode and make sure the difficulty is set to very easy and hardcore damage is turned off to make this as easy as possible now select any car you wish to race with and start the championship.

The description for this trophy says you have to win 8 events, now each event comprises of a total of 6 races which are 4 qualifiers a semi-final and a final.

You score points for each of the 4 qualifiers then score championship points based on your finishing position after all 4 qualifiers.

You will then score more championship points depending on your finishing position in the semi-final and final, so you need to score more points over the entire event that the AI rather than just winning the 8 finals.

But as this has been set to very easy difficulty you should be a good 2-3 seconds per lap faster than the AI.

You can win all 8 events in one season or over multiple seasons as this trophy is cumulative so say for instance you don’t get on with one track very well you can skip that track and win more in your second season of the championship.

Either way once you have picked up your 8th event win your Trophy will then unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Classic Rally 2.0 trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Classic Rally 2.0
Win your first Classic Rally Historic Championship

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now select historic followed by classic rally.

You will be presented with 3 options which are the 3 historic championship car classes H1, H2 & H3. Select any of these and then any of the cars that appear on the car selection screen.

Both of these championships are 2 rallies long and each rally comprises of 5 stages so that’s a total of 10 stages you will need to race.

As this is more than likely your first foray into Dirt Rallys’ championship mode you will find the AI will be quite easy to beat but should you struggle you can adjust the AI difficulty to make this easier.

Race each of the stages making sure you repair your car and change tyres at each services section.

Should you not succeed don’t fret or worry you can restart the championship or move onto the next as all 3 of these historic championships all count towards another trophy in dirt rally called time machine for completing all 3 of the historic championships.

If your fast enough and do go on to win the championship your Trophy will unlock at the conclusion of the final stage in the 2nd rally.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Past and Present trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Past and Present
Win your first Present Day Historic Championship

The present day makes up the fourth and final championship series in Dirt Rally 2.0, in order to unlock this championship series you must first earn a podium in the modern classics championship.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now select historic followed by present day, you will be presented with 3 championship events to choose from.

Each event compromises of a total of 5 rallies and each rally has a total of 6 stages so you will have to race a total of 30 stages making this the longest championship in the game.

You can press Triangle to set the AI difficulty to very easy, I suggest using the R2 class as these cars are slow and easy to control.

The normal rules apply for this championship so when you reach each service area make sure you change to a new set of tyres, with the AI difficulty set to very easy you can make mistakes and recover from them.

The championship has a total of 150 points available so you don’t have to win each rally just place high enough to secure enough points.

Once you have completed the final rally stage with enough points to ensure the win, your Trophy will then unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Group B Master trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Group B Master
Win the Group B 4WD Masters Championship

Group B Master is part of the back to the 80s championship series and is the second championship series in Dirt Rally 2.0 so in order to unlock this championship series you must first achieve a podium in the previous series classic rally.

With this championship series now unlocked you’re free to start the group B master championship to access this from the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select historic championships and then back to the 80s.

Group B master is the far left championship and for this trophy you are driving quite simply the most powerful and fastest Cars in Dirt Rally 2.0 so it can be quite a steep learning curve to get used to the power of these cars.

You’re free to pick any of the 5 available cars, personally I chose the Ford RS 200 as this car felt stable under braking which is essential in such a powerful car.

With your car selected I recommend you press Triangle and alter the difficulty settings to make sure that the AI is set to 1, very easy and hardcore damage is turned off.

This championship series features a total of 13 stages spread over 3 rallies and you have to win the championship in order to unlock the trophy.

When in the service area I suggest you select the option to tune vehicle then choose the brakes sub-menu and adjust both the sliders to give the car more heavy braking.

Pressure and a more front brake bias to aid your stability under braking because in this car you’re doing to need it.

As with all other Dirt Rally 2.0 championships, you will compete in 2-3 stages between service areas so at each service area fit new tyres and repair any damage to the car.

Should you be struggling you can restart any stage at any given time to have another run at the stage.

Once you get used to the power of these cars you will gain confidence in driving them, you will be not only consistently fast driving the car but also be fast enough to beat the AI.

Winning all 3 rallies in this championship will earn you 90 points now I won the championship on 60 points so you have room for error and can still win.

Once you have won the championship your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Velkommen til Hell trophy
PlayStation Silver Trophy

Velkommen til Hell
Complete 5 Rallycross Events in Hell

Hell is Norway’s round of the World Rallycross, the quickest way to get this trophy is from the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now select custom followed by create championship.

Now add Hell as an event, choose any of the car classes available just make sure it’s set to single race and that race is only 2 laps, now repeat the same process by adding the same event 4 more times.

As this is only a “complete” rather than a “win” trophy you won’t need to worry about winning.

Once you cross the finish line to complete the 5th event your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Going the Extra Mile trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Going the Extra Mile
Complete 2 Joker laps and win

A joker lap is a part of a Rallycross course that’s slower than the normal route, each Rallycross race you compete in you’ll need to take at least one joker lap and for this particular trophy you need to do 2 joker laps.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach free play now select custom followed by create championship.

Select any of the Rallycross courses I chose Loheac Bretagne as the joker lap is easy to navigate.

Now make sure full format is selected as this gives you a few chances to complete both the joker laps, with your chosen selected car class.

Once you have confirmed all of this you will start the championship now simply do 2 joker laps in one race and when your successful your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Modern Art trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

Modern Art
Win your first Modern Classics Historic Championship

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab and select historic followed by modern classics.

Modern classics is Dirt Rally 2.0s third championship series in order to unlock this championship you must first reach the podium in any of the previous back to the 80’s championships.

Now you’re free to select any of the 3 available championships: I chose the group A masters and the Subaru Impreza because that is one of my favourite cars in the game but this is all personal preference.

Each of the 3 available championships consists of 4 rallies and each rally has 5 stages so you will be completing 20 stages total.

When you reach the service area for the first time I suggest you increase braking force as it gave me more feeling for the car in braking situations.

Please note: This is a “win” championship so make sure your fast in the stages but not reckless, you can score a total of 120 points for winning all 4 rallies and for me 2nd place in the championship only scored 76 points so you have plenty of room for some errors along the way.

I suggest changing your tyres at each and every service area and as each rally will take about 30 mins to complete take a break after each rally.

With all 20 stages complete you will unlock the Trophy after you cross the finish line for the last stage.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Back to the 80s trophy
PlayStation Silver Trophy

Back to the 80s
Win your first Back to the ’80s Historic Championship

Back to the 80s is dirt rallies second championship series and in order to unlock this championship series you must first achieve a podium in the previous series Classics Rally.

With this championship series now unlocked you have 3 choices, each event consists of 13 stages spread over 3 rallies.

To start any of these events from the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now select historic championships and back to the 80s.

Personally, for me, the H2 FWD challenge was the easiest of the 3 so I chose that one now select either of the available cars as that is a personal preference, ensuring the AI difficulty is to 1, very easy to make this as simple as possible.

Complete each stage and try not to damage your car but if you do you can repair any damage at service areas, also ensure you change your tyres at each service area.

This is a “win” championship but with the AI set to very easy they will be slow over the stages if however, you are struggling then you can at any time during the stage pause the game and select the restart option.

Either way, once you have crossed the finish line for the final stage having won the championship your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Consistency is Key trophy
PlayStation Silver Trophy

Consistency is Key
Complete 3 consecutive laps in a Rallycross Qualifier all within a second of one another

From the main menu press R1 and select the free-play tab followed by custom and create championship, now choose any of the Rallycross courses I choose Loheac Bretagne because it’s an easy course to learn.

Make sure full format is selected as this is the only way to get a qualifier, select any car class you wish but I chose a slower car to make it easier once you start the championship.

I recommend doing your joker lap first and learn points in the circuit to brake at, on laps 2 – 4 try to make sure you brake at very similar points.

This could take a couple of runs to get used to how the car handles but you will get the hang of it.

Once you set the 3 consecutive laps within the magical one second your Trophy will unlock.

Dirt Rally 2.0 Wouldn't Expect Anything More trophy
PlayStation Bronze Trophy

If done right your Trophy will unlock shortly after you cross the finish line.

Dirt Rally 2.0 A Noteworthy Advantage trophy
PlayStation Silver Trophy

A Noteworthy AdVANTAGE
Win 5 events in the Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4

This on paper looks an easy trophy but due to the sheer power of the car involved it can be quite tricky.

For me the best way to get this one done was to from the main menu press R1 until you reach the free-play tab now select custom followed by create championship, you can choose any rally you want.

I chose Spain for its tarmacked roads as it much easier to control the V8 Vantage, make sure the car class is Rally GT.

You might want to run one event at a time to get used to the car but thankfully you only have to win 5 events so picking a stage you know or are good at will certainly help with this one.

Once you cross the finish line for the 5th win your Trophy will unlock.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab now select custom followed by custom championship.

Once you win the event your Trophy will unlock.

From the main menu press R1 until you reach the free play tab, now select create championship followed by add event.

Simply finish each event off and once you cross the finish line to finish the final event your Trophy will unlock.

That’s the Dirt Rally 2.0 Trophy Guide complete I hope it helps you through the game.
