It’s official, F1 2021 has been confirmed for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC by Codemasters and EA on the 15th April 2021, read on to find out all the information in the latest entry of the F1 series.
We will have a host of new features coming our way in F1 2021 including 2 new circuits, Imola which has just been added back to the F1 calendar as part of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix for the F1 2020 / 2021 season and Portimão which is a very technical track in the Algarve.
We are also getting access to the Jeddah Street Circuit which is touted as the fastest street circuit on the F1 calendar and can be found in Saudi Arabia.
On top of these tracks we are also getting a story mode called Braking Point which features the return of Devon Butler giving you a taste of what it’s like to be an F1 driver including the lifestyle on and off the track, rivalries and will also, for the first time ever include a two player story.
Car wise, you can expect a full line up of every major F1 team you will usually find on the grid and the F1 2021 entry is set to be the best ever, sound and graphics wise especially on the next-gen consoles and of course PC.
The best part is, if you haven’t managed to get a next gen console as yet, if you purchase F1 2020 on PS4, you will be able to upgrade to the PS5 version for free as long as you have the disc.
The same goes on the Xbox One where you can use Xbox’s Smart Delivery to upgrade to the Series X/S versions.
F1 2021 pre-orders are live now for all platforms and the game itself drops worldwide on the 16-July-2021.
