F1 manager 22 sees you take the role as team principal of a Formula 1 team, can you rise to the challenge of making those vital split second decisions that can make or break a result for you and your team. Starting your journey off in F1 Manager 22 it’s highly recommended to become team principal of either Ferrari or Red Bull as they have the most developed car at the start of the game so wins will arrive quicker and easier.

Your first action in career mode should be to visit the facilities hub and purchase the first upgrade to the design centre and this will take several months to fully upgrade as well as altering your pit crews trending approach to whichever stat is highest. With that done remember to systemically upgrade each and every part of the car to keep your car improving and keep you in front of the grid. By performing these actions it’s possible to have nearly all trophies complete in just a single season of racing.

Pole is awarded for the driver who is fastest in qualifying 3, start a new career and choose to be team principal of Ferrari or Red Bull who have the fastest cars on the grid then once one of your drivers secures pole this trophy will unlock.

Win the Drivers’ Championship.

Win the Constructors’ Championship.

You can get this by being the team principal of any team but it’s best to choose either Ferrari or Red Bull as they have the best cars at the start of any new career save. You need to invest time in designing new car parts where when these designs are complete manufacture the parts before installing them on the car to stay competitive.

With each complete race your drivers will gain experience and development points so use these development points to improve your driver rating. Keep investing money into your staff and facilities to keep you ahead of the pack and finally be safe on your race strategies and you will get both the Constructors’ Champion and Drivers’ Champion trophies in your first season hopefully.

To make this as easy as possible when you start a new career choose to be team principal of either Ferrari or Red Bull as they have the best cars on the grid so the wins will come quicker. You can theoretically be team principal of any team and secure wins by spending time developing the car into a race winning car but no matter what path you take, with a cumulative 10 wins for the team your trophy will unlock.

High Roller
Achieve a sponsor guarantee.

A sponsor guarantee in F1 Manager 22 is a set minimum objective that you will achieve for your sponsor and will reward you with an extra pay-out. This is done in the performance targets menu of the race weekend preparation, you can set yourself a guaranteed target in the following 3 aspects:

Qualifying.
Race.
Hot streak.

So choose one target from within any of those options then proceed to the race weekend and complete that target unlocking your trophy in the process.

Race Strategist
Assign a race strategy.

After qualifying is complete the race day will then load up and one of the options you have to decide is the race strategy on tyres. Once you have advanced to the race preparation screen you can then select a strategy for both cars. The team has given you pre-determined strategies from data collected during the weekend so make any of these active to unlock your trophy.

Facility Expansion
Build or upgrade a facility.

State Of The Art
Upgrade your design centre to the maximum level.

The design centre can be upgraded to a maximum level of 5, depending on which team you choose to be principal of depends how upgraded this facility is. You can check and upgrade the facility by choosing facilities management > car part facilities from the headquarters menu. In total it will cost 70,500,000 credits to upgrade from level 1-5 or less if yours is at level 2 and each upgrade takes several weeks / months to complete so this will take a good calendar year to fully upgrade. When an upgrade is complete you will get email confirmation so head back and purchase the next upgrade then when your facility is at level 5 this trophy will then unlock.

Fits Like A Glove
Fit a car part to your car.

After completing a race weekend you will receive an email from the team about a new car component that has been developed in the warehouse and is ready for you to view. Head over to the cars section and then find that component and install it on either of your teams’ cars to unlock this trophy.

Designer
Design a car part.

From the main career menu choose cars > car part development > new project > design. From here you can create a new design in one of 6 areas which are:

Chassis
Front Wing.
Rear Wing.
Side Pods.
Underfloor.
Suspension.

Select any option you wish and then you will need to proceed through all the linear steps to development s new part of the cat and with this done you will be given a timeframe on how long the part will take so advance to this date to unlock your trophy.

Regulator
Vote on a regulation change.

Following race weekends you will occasionally receive emails directly from Formula One management asking for you to make a decision on the technical regulation changes for the following season. Answer the email and select any of the available options to unlock this trophy.

Forward Thinker
Complete a car part research project for next season.

At the start of your career you won’t have the ability to research until after a regulation change has been agreed upon by all team principals. This means keep playing until after the Australian Grand Prix where you will receive an email asking you to cast a vote on a regulation change. After you have voted, advance time until you get an email on the results now from your headquarters choose cars > car parts development > new project > research. From here choose to research the area of the car that has the new regulations and advance time until the research project is complete and your trophy will then unlock.

El Plan
Achieve the board’s season target.

When you start a new career or season the board will set you a season target which is relative to the team and its performance compared to the other teams on the grid so picking a top tier team they will want success but on the flip side choose one of the lower tier teams and they will ask for a lower position in the session standings. As the season progresses upgrade all aspects of the team using the budget you have available and with the board session target obtained this trophy will unlock after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Visionary
Achieve a long-term board objective.

The long term board objective found when you choose to be principal for a team at the start of a new career or season is a target objective that the board wish for you to get over the course of several seasons and like the season objective you need to manage your developments and resources correctly and keep performing all round upgrades to all of your teams areas. The objective is also relative to the teams performance compared to try other teams on the grid so top teams will want to be constructor champion but lower teams may want consistency in points or podium finishes. When the board is satisfied you have met their criteria this trophy will then unlock.

Driving Master
Have a driver with 100 in any performance rating.

Each driver in the game has an overall rating and individual performance rating spread over 3 categories which are:

Pace.
Consistency.
Race craft.

Each race a driver will earn experience so a better performance will earn more experience and this is then converted into development points so heading over to a drivers profile from your headquarters will allow you to spend those development points. Choose one stat that is closest to 100 and earn those development points needed to reach the maximum rating of 100. With those development points earned now spend them and once the stat hits 100 this trophy will then unlock.

Done Deal
Sign a contract with a driver or staff member.

Sending out your scouts to assess another driver or staff members talents can give you vital information on this potential new employee to your team. Scouting someone who is in a contract with another team has a high chance of them not been interested in contract negotiations so head over to the driver market and find a driver who is a free agent.

Select this free agent to open up their bio screen and select the option propose contract followed by altering the contract details to better suit the drivers needs before offering the context. A driver may turn down the contract so keep offering a better deal until they accept the offer where your trophy will then unlock.

All Hands On Deck
Have 18 engineers assigned to projects at the same time.

Before you can get this trophy you need to have the design centre at its maximum level 5 rating so please refer to State Of The Art for how to upgrade the design centre. With your design facility at its maximum rating choose staff > engineering team > team size and increase it to its maximum 20 personnel. Now choose cars > car parts development > new project. Add 3 new design projects and assign the maximum 6 engineers per project then when you give the green light to confirm the start of the 3rd project this trophy will then unlock.

Eye For Talent
Scout a driver or staff member.

From your headquarters choose drivers > scout drivers and select any of the available drivers to bring up the driver bio screen. From the driver bio screen choose either the standard scouting or detailed scouting option. This will bring up a popup screen telling you how many scouts you have available and how long it will take to scoot so press cross to confirm the scouting mission. With that done you now need to advance time forward and once the scouting mission is complete you will receive an email of your scouts findings and your trophy will unlock.

Well-Oiled Machine
Have your pit crew reach 100 in any performance rating.

From the headquarters menu choose staff > pit crew to access your pit crew hub. From in here you can alter its approach in training to one of 5 regimes which are:

Balanced.
Front and Rear Jacks.
Tyre Change.
Wing Adjustment.
Car Release.

For this trophy select the stat that has the highest rating to help improve this stat at a faster rate. Then with each race weekend that passes this stat will improve but if you reach the end of one season the rating will drop slightly during the interval before the next season starts. So keeping racing and checking this rating until it reaches 100 then at the conclusion of the next race this trophy will unlock.
