There’s a total of 12 Timber Maniacs magazines to collect in FFVIII only 1 of which are missable, that’s the one on the White SeeD Ship. Timber Maniacs Magazine 1
The first Timber Maniacs magazine can be found in Balamb at the Balamb Hotel in the Guest Room.

You can find the second Timber Maniacs magazine is in the Timber Maniacs Office in Timber.
Timber Maniacs Magazine 3
Once you make your way to Fisherman’s Horizon, go to the furthest house, near where you rescue the base party then go into the house on your right to find the Timber Maniacs magazine.
Timber Maniacs Magazine 4
Staying in Fisherman’s Horizon, the fourth Timber Maniacs magazine will be in the Fisherman’s Horizon Hotel in the Guest Room.

Head back to Timber where you will find the Fifth Timber Maniacs magazine in the Timber Hotel Guest Room.

Once you are in Trabia Garden, head right into the cemetery where you will find the sixth timber Maniacs magazine.

Make your way to the Hotel Guest Room in Dollet to find the seventh Timber Maniacs magazine.

Head to the pub in Dollet where you will find the eighth Timber Maniacs magazine.

Make your way to the Shumi Village then take the elevator down, go to the third area then into the house where you will be able to find the ninth Timber Maniacs magazine.

Once you can go back to Deling City, go into the Hotel Guest Room to be able to collect the tenth Timber Maniacs magazine.

The eleventh Timber Maniacs magazine is in Edea’s Orphanage.
