Recently, patch 1.06 for Gran Turismo 7 made the dirt tyre licence tests into road tyres making the bronze times near enough impossible to achieve let alone the gold time which most players strive for.
Fortunately the Gran Turismo 7 Patch 1.07 changes the licence test tyres back from slicks to dirt tyres and is released on PlayStation 5 + 4 on the 17-Mar-2022.
Patch 1.07 will now make the gold times on the dirt licences achievable now thankfully. The 4 licences that were affected by the issue were:
- National A Licence, A8: Dirt Driving Beginner.
- International B Licence, IB5: Dirt Driving: Intermediate.
- International A Licence, IA3: Dirt Driving: Expert.
- Super Licence, S5: One Lap Time Attack, Sardegna Windmills.
Now that the bronze and gold times are now achievable due to the cars having the correct tyres fitted hopefully a lot more players can get their licences and move on through the later Gran Turismo 7 events.

Best of luck in obtaining your own Gran Turismo 7 licences and a really big well done to Polyphony Digital for fixing the issue as quickly as they have.
