Here we will go over where to find all of the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Oysters (the Definitive Edition) of which there are 50 found throughout the waters of San Andreas.
Oysters as you would probably guess are found underwater at varying depths so increasing your lung capacity is a fairly important part of being able to collect them all. You can increase lung capacity by swimming underwater until your O2 gauge is nearly empty then swim back to the surface, let it refill then go back down again. It will take a while to increase your lung capacity but as long as it’s around 75% in your stats you will have more than enough to acquire all 50 Oysters and in doing so will not only net you a decent amount of money but you will also be able to date any girl in the game even if they have dumped you previously or revive most of them if they have met an untimely end. The 50 Oyster can be found at the following locations:

Location: Red County.
Dive under the bridge whilst facing South East to find this Oyster.
Oyster 2
Location: Red County.
Drop off the end of the jetty to find this Oyster in shallow water.

Location: Red County.

Go into the water just off the beach to find this Oyster.

Dive under water then look amongst the seaweed close to land to find this hard to see Oyster.

A nice, simple Oyster you can find just above the river bed.
Oyster 21
Location: Flint County.
Look in the shallow water underneath the wooden bridge supports to find this Oyster.
Oyster 22
Location: Whetstone.
Dive down just North West of the Western bridge support to find this Oyster.
Oyster 23
Location: Mount Chiliad.
Drop down under the bridge then swim back to shore underwater to find this Oyster.
Oyster 24
Location: Missionary Hill.
Look in the middle of the small lake to find this Oyster.
Oyster 25
Location: Easter Basin.
Drop down under the stern of the ship to find this Oyster.
Oyster 26
Location: Red County.
Dive down when you’re off the beach to find this Oyster spinning in front of the sand bank.

Location: Easter Bay Airport.
Jump off the end of the airport to find this Oyster close to land.

Location: Easter Basin.
Enter the dock which will give you a 5 star wanted level so be quick about getting this Oyster which you can find by facing out to say when you’re about a third of the way in.

Another Oyster which will give you a 5 star wanted level so you need to be quick here in diving down under the bow of the ship.

Location: Garver Bridge.
Dive under the bridge in-between the South Eastern supports to find this Oyster.

Location: North East San Fierro Waters.
Dive down in front of the container ship to find this Oyster.
Oyster 32
Location: Tierra Robada.
Dive underwater near the shore just above the sandbank to find this Oyster.
Oyster 33
Location: Tierra Robada.
Dive down deep behind the cargo shipped to find this Oyster which is only obtainable as long as you have a good lung capacity, especially if you want to get back to the surface alive.

Location: Gant Bridge.
Go under the water just South of the shallow bridge support to find this Oyster.
Oyster 35
Location: Tierra Robada.
Go to the Northern section of Gant Bridge to find a support just next to the land. Dive down in-between them both to find this Oyster.

Location: Tierra Robada.
Swim offshore then dive down to where the sand meets the rock to find this Oyster.

Location: Valle Ocultado.
Take a running jump off the end of the jetty towards the parked Seaplane then dive down to find this Oyster.

Location: Tierra Robada.
Jump into the canyon the dive down whilst looking North to find this Oyster.

Location: The Sherman Dam.
Look under the Western struts sticking out into the water to find this Oyster.

Dive down underneath the metal bridge to find this Oyster just below the surface.

Drop down off the North West section of the bridge over the water then look to the shallows for this Oyster.

Go down the stairs then drop into the boat dock to find this Oyster.

Swim out to sea then dive down looking at the sandbank where you will find this Oyster above the rock.

Go to the North East corner of the map then swim out the moored sailing boat to find this Oyster.

Location: Julius Thruway East.
Look underneath the diving board in the heart shaped swimming pool to find this Oyster.
Oyster 46
Location: The Strip.
Jump into the large water feature then look in the Southern alcove to find this Oyster.
Oyster 47
Location: Pirate’s In Men’s Pants.
Head into the water on the East side of the rock formation covered in skulls to find this Oyster.

Location: Pilgrim.
Look in the centre of the square pool to find this Oyster.

Location: Come-A-Lot.
Look to the Western side of the moat in front of the castle to find this Oyster in the corner.
