Here we will go over all of the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas San Fierro story missions (the Definitive Edition) of which there are 26 in total, however, 8 of these are optional and won’t count as part of the story, they will, however, need to be completed as you work towards unlocking Remastered. You will go to San Fierro once you are done with The Countryside story missions. San Fierro can be a tough place as you will be helping the Police undermine the law, rescue an undercover agent from an airport as well as planting bugs on a boat and blowing up crack factories. Here are the story missions you need to complete in San Fierro with a brief overview of what you need to do:

- 555 We Tip.
- Deconstruction.
- Photo Opportunity.
- Jizzy.
- T-Bone Mendez.
- Mike Toreno.
- Outrider.
- Snail Trail.
- Ice Cold Killa.
- Pier 69.
- Toreno’s Last Flight.
- Mountain Cloud Boys.
- Ran Fa Li.
- Lure.
- Amphibious Assault.
- The Da Nang Thang.
- Yay Ka-Boom-Boom.
The above 18 missions are required to complete the story, the 8 optional missions in San Fierro are:
Wear Flowers In Your Hair
Rewards: Nothing.
Drive around the area collecting your new mechanics who will only come over to your vehicle when you sound the horn in a given marker. Continue driving around for the Truth before going back to the garage to conclude the mission.
555 We Tip
Rewards: Nothing.
Follow the valet into the car park, kill him then adorn his uniform before waiting for the District Attorney’s car which you need to carefully drive to the marker so it can get stashed with drugs. Carefully drive back to the car park and stop in the marker, call the cops then get back outside to conclude the mission.
Deconstruction
Rewards: Nothing.
Kill the construction workers as you make your way through the site then smash up the targets either with a bulldozer or explosives. Push the manager into the pit then get in the cement mixer, back it up and cover the guv’nor in cement to conclude this mission.
Photo Opportunity
Rewards: Respect +.
Get to Cesar’s location then drive him out to Angel Pine where you then need to take photos of everyone as instructed on screen. There are 4 targets you need photos of so wait for their faces to be in your line of sight, take the photo then move on to the next one until you snap all 4 which triggers a cut-scene concluding the mission.
Jizzy
Rewards: $3,000, Respect +.
Speak with Jizzy as instructed by Wu-Zi-Mu then head to his icon to start the mission. Drop the ho off at the marker then kill the hostile pimp then get to the freeway and kill the 2 johns beating on the hooker. Kill the hookers boyfriend who wants his girl off the street next. Chase down the limo and the entourage all of which you will have to destroy on the move so avoid the explosions. Use a pay ‘n’ spray to get rid of your wanted level then destroy the car to conclude the mission.
T-Bone Mendez
Rewards: $5,000, Respect+.
Race after the bikers snatching the packages from the back of their bikes, then, once you have them all, return to Jizzy to conclude the mission.
Mike Toreno
Rewards: $7,000, Respect+.
Ignore the messages coming through on your mobile and head straight over to the airport which will also unlock Who Needs Directions?. From here you need to get to the van, kill the hostiles, blow up the coke van then get the limo to the pay ‘n’ spray to lose your wanted level. Return to Jizzy’s to conclude the mission.
Outrider
Rewards: $9,000, Respect+.
Head to the marker then destroy the roadblock as well as putting down any hostiles then do the same again with the next roadblock ensuring you clear the windows as well. A Sniper Rifle can be very useful for this or fire rockets up there if you have enough. Clear the next 2 roadblocks ensuring you do so quickly so the van isn’t caught in the cross-fire, go through the cut-scene then get to a pay ‘n’ spray to lose your wanted level.
Snail Trail
Rewards: Nothing.
Collect the Sniper Rifle then follow the train to Los Santos. Follow the target staying back so he doesn’t spot you. Keep tracking him until he gets to his meeting then kill both targets when prompted to conclude the mission.
Ice Cold Killa
Rewards: $12,000, Respect+.
Climb up to the roof then go through the window, use stealth to get down to the lower level which initiates a cut-scene. Kill every target in the area before chasing after Jizzy blowing his car up and killing him if he survives the explosion. Collect the phone to finish the mission.
Pier 69
Rewards: $15,000, Respect+.
Get to Cesar then use a Sniper Rifle to take out the guards on the rooftop before dropping down to street level where you kill T-Bone. Chase after Ryder then destroy his boat killing your “homie 4 life” concluding the mission.
Toreno's Last Flight
Rewards: $18,000, Repsect+.
Kill the guards before chasing after the chopper on the bike. Once you’re close, pull over and send an RPG into it or keep firing with your best weapons until you destroy the Heli. With the Heli down the mission will conclude.
Mountain Cloud Boys
Rewards: $5,000, Respect+.
Stop in the marker then take out the hostiles including the problematic Sniper on the roof, get in the vehicle and destroy the pursuing vehicles then take Woozie back to his pad to conclude the mission.
Ran Fa Li
Rewards: $6,000, Respect+.
Park in the marker under the airport then get in the car where you will have a heavy amount of enemies coming for you. Kill all pursuing vehicles, bikers and the truck whilst keeping the car safe then park in the marker to conclude the mission.
Lure
Rewards: $8,000, Respect+.
Race through the checkpoints smoothly and with control to prevent the bikers shooting the doors off the car. Keep racing until you hear Ran Fa Li has escaped which will conclude the mission.
Amphibious Assault
Rewards: $11,000, Respect+.
Before you can begin this mission you will need a decent lung capacity so get to a beach, go underwater and swim about refreshing your O2 meter until your lung capacity is around halfway full. Drive to the docks then make your way through the markers avoiding the lights then get onto the ship. Make your way around the deck stealth killing the guards. Make your way down into the ship. Kill the guards and plant the bug before returning to shore to finish the mission.
The Da Nang Thang
Rewards: $15,000, Respect+.
Rip through the assailants on the deck with the minigun then work through the ship stealth killing the enemies being cautious as you no longer have any weapons except a knife meaning you need to prioritise collecting the enemies weapons as you work through them. Grab a gun and put them down carefully as you can easily get mobbed in tight quarters. Shoot the lock on the container freeing the refugees then head up to Snakehead who gives you a katana to duel him with. Kill him then follow the marker and cut-scene to conclude the mission.
Yay Ka-Boom-Boom
Rewards: $25,000, Respect+.
Grab the vehicle then kill the 2 guards which triggers another 4 or so guards so put them all down before driving into the compound, park the car next to the containers then arm the bomb. Fight your way out of the grounds then drive back to the garage to conclude the mission as well as unlock, What happens in Las Venturas….
Air Raid
Optional Mission
Rewards: $3,000.
Fire the Minigun in short bursts as holding the trigger will cause your accuracy to become compromised and the targets are fairly small. Keep shooting the RC planes out of the sky before they are able to drop their payload. Keep firing until the mission concludes.
Supply Lines
Optional Mission
Rewards: $5,000.
Fly around conserving your fuel as best as you can taking out the vans with the small gun whilst also keeping an eye on your fuel gauge. Open your map then work towards each target in the most efficient way you can, if you go here there and everywhere you will run out of fuel well before you get close to destroying every van so work on failing this mission a few times until you learn the best route. Destroy every targeted van to conclude this mission.
New Model Army
Optional Mission
Rewards: $7,000, Zero’s Shop Asset.
Drop bombs on the tanks then remove the obstacles. Everything you need for this one is fairly well detailed on screen so keep doing whatever Zero needs removing the obstacles as a priority. Help Zero into Berkley’s “territory” to conclude this mission.
Back To School
Optional Mission
Rewards: Access to Vehicle’s in the parking lot.
Work through the driving tests scoring at least 70% in each of them as you go. The tests are simple so take your time and given the fact you can retry as many times as you need to you will have this done soon enough. Complete every test to conclude this “mission”.
Zeroing In
Optional Mission
Rewards: $5,000, Respect+.
Get to the marker as fast as you can as the marker will show you where the target was then once you catch up to her drive into the rear wing of her car to push the front end round which will cause her to freak out and run. Get in her car and deliver it to the marker to conclude this mission.
Test Drive
Optional Mission
Rewards: $5,000.
Race back to the garage keeping up with Cesar as you go. Use a pay ‘n’ spray to clear the wanted level then push forward to the garage to finish this misison.
Customs Fast Track
Optional Mission
Rewards: $9,000, Respect+.
Get to the crane then move the container to the marker, lower it then release the lock. Move the containers to the last container which is where the car can be found. Kill the hostiles who appear then carefully get the car back to the garage to conclude the mission.
Puncture Wounds
Optional Mission
Rewards: $5,000, Respect+, Wang Cars Asset.
Head out to the Countryside then pop the targets car tyres with the rigged stinger you have. Collect the car which you need to return to the garage safely to conclude the mission.
