Here is the Hitman 3 Shortcut Killer trophy guide which will help you find and unlock 15 shortcuts and there are a total of 17 shortcuts throughout all six missions. To unlock a shortcut, you will need to walk up to it and either hold Triangle to unlock it with your hands or you may need a crowbar. If you cannot find a crowbar on the map, you may need to bring one in your loadout. The trophy will unlock after you have unlocked 15 of them, so you will have two to spare,. below is a breakdown of every shortcut you can find throughout all of the missions.

Dubai Shortcuts
Penthouse Terrace Ladder
This shortcut can be found on Level 4 in the Outdoor Area. You will need a crowbar to open it.
Ventilation Area Ladder
This shortcut can be found on Level 4 in the Outdoor Area. You will need a crowbar to open it.
Atrium Lobby Door
This shortcut can be found at the bottom of a stairwell on Level -1. It leads into the Lobby. An easy entrance to this stairwell is inside the bathroom.
Helipad Ladder
This shortcut can be found on the walkway of the Helipad, on Level 3. You will need a crowbar to open it.

Dartmoor Shortcuts
Balcony Ladder
This shortcut can be found on the balcony outside Zachary’s Room. You will need a crowbar to unlock it.
Maintenance Ladder
This shortcut can be found through a window inside Alexa Carlisle’s Office on Level 2. You will need to shimmy across a ledge above the staircase and through the open window. You need a crowbar to unlock it.

Berlin Shortcuts
Entrance Backdoor
This shortcut can be found on Level 0 right past the Club Entrance.
Bike Basement Door
This shortcut can be found on Level 0 down a stairwell inside the Biker Hangout.
Skylight Ladder
This shortcut can be found through a skylight on the roof of the club, in Level 2. Drop down the skylight and you can unlock the shortcut. This requires a crowbar to unlock.

Chongqing Shortcuts
Inner Courtyard
This shortcut can be found in an alleyway through the Inner Courtyard on Level 1.
Facility Elevator Shaft
This shortcut is fairly complicated to get to. First, you will need to go to an elevator shaft through the Tier 1 Security room inside the ICA Facility on Level -1. Hop down the elevator, climb the pipe and shimmy across the vents to where you can see the panel. Unlock it and hop through, you will see the shortcut on the other side.
The Block Ladder
This shortcut can be found on Level 2 of The Block, you can just through a window in the Recruitment Station. You will need a crowbar to unlock it.

Mendoza Shortcuts
Cellar Door
This shortcut can be found inside the Villa Basement on Level 3. You will most likely need to go through the inside of the Villa to get to this. If you follow the Mission Story “Closing Statement” you will be guided through this shortcut.
Backdoor
This shortcut can be found by following the Backside trail behind the Villa.
Maintenance Door
This shortcut can be found through a hallway behind an employee stand in the Asado.

Carpathian Mountains Shortcuts
Passenger Car Door
This shortcut requires you to do some climbing on top and around the train. When inside the room with multiple tables with dishes, climb through the window on the left. Backtrack across the train until you can drop down in the window in the third picture. Hop through it and unlock the shortcut.
Container Door
This shortcut takes a few steps to get to. First, you will need to find a lock pick of some sort to unlock the red door shown in the first picture to get inside the cart. When inside, pick up the Yellow Valve and take it back outside to the container. Put it on the container, open the door and unlock the shortcut inside it.
