Here is the Hitman 3 training escalated trophy guide which will help you complete level 5 of an escalation contract set in the ICA facility. There are two contracts set in the ICA Facility, The Snorrason Ascension and The Einarsson Inception. The Snorrason Ascension is the easiest out of the two, and takes place in the map for The Final Test. In an Escalation Contract, every time you complete the mission you’ll be given a new objective, and it adds up to five levels. For this trophy, you’ll need to complete the fifth and final level of an Escalation, meaning you’ll need to complete the four previous levels too. Below is a list of all of the mission’s objectives and levels.

Level 1 Objectives
- Eliminate Cilas Netzke with a pistol while disguised as a Soviet Soldier.
- An easy way to attain the Soviet Soldier disguise is to hop over the fence right when you spawn in and turn off the generator to lure the soldier over. Wait for him to turn the generator back on and then subdue him and disguise yourself as him. Cilas Netzke can be found upstairs, he is the KGB officer that often meets with Jasper Knight. Eventually he will go to the bathroom, where you can shoot him in the head with a pistol you brought.
Level 2 Objectives
- Eliminate Cilas Netzke with a pistol while disguised as a Soviet Soldier.
- Break into the safe and steal the contents.
- The safe can be found inside Jasper Knight’s office, but it needs a key. After you kill Cilas Netzke disguise yourself as him and run to the room across the hall labeled “Radio Room” to find the key to the safe on the desk. Unlock the safe and steal the bottle inside.
Level 3 Objectives
- Eliminate Cilas Netzke with a pistol while disguised as a Soviet Soldier.
- Instead of luring the Soviet Soldier over, kill Moses Butusov first and take his disguise.
- Break into the safe and steal the contents.
- Eliminate Moses Butusov while disguised as an Airplane Mechanic.
- You should kill Moses Butusov first. Instead of luring the Soviet Soldier like the last two levels, sneak behind him and hop through the window, then take a right and you’ll end up in a locker room. In this locker room is an Airplane Mechanic disguise. To kill Moses, wait for when Jasper Knight leaves the room and Moses will trail a little while behind him. Subdue him and kill him, and hide his body in the bathroom. Disguise yourself as him to kill Cilas.
Level 4 Objectives
- Eliminate Cilas Netzke with a pistol while disguised as a Soviet Soldier.
- Break into the safe and steal the contents.
- Eliminate Moses Butusov while disguised as an Airplane Mechanic.
- Hide all dead bodies (1:30).
- You have more than enough time to hide the bodies you kill. Hide them inside the crate in the bathroom.
Level 5 Objectives
- Eliminate Cilas Netzke with a pistol while disguised as a Soviet Soldier.
- Break into the safe and steal the contents.
- Eliminate Moses Butusov while disguised as an Airplane Mechanic.
- Hide all dead bodies (1:30).
- Pacify anyone, and you will fail the mission.
- If you use a chokehold to subdue Moses, make sure you press Square to snap his neck instead of pacifying him.
