Here is the King and Second Prince of Flowing Sands boss guide which will help you take down the King then the Second Prince which will help you collect the Second Rat Prince Spirit.

Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Rewards: x1,102 XP, 1,027 Will, x1 Stone Spirit, x2 Silk, x1 Yaoguai Core, x1 Pungent Flesh Chunk, x1 Blood of the Iron Bull, Second Rat Prince Spirit.
This is a fairly unique fight where you need to ensure you take down the King of Flowing Sands before you defeat the Second Prince of Flowing Sands. If you take down the Second Prince first then you won’t be able to defeat the King and you will miss out on the Second Rat Prince Spirit.

Go through the open area from the Sandgate Village, Village Entrance Shrine then go through the gate on the right to begin the fight. The King will run to one of the pillars around the arena and throw small rocks at you not posing any sort of a risk. Immobilize the Second Prince then run over to the pillar, jump up and perform a heavy attack to smash the pillar knocking the King down to the ground. Focus all of your attacks on the King and if he does make it to another pillar smash it and continue attacking whilst avoiding the Second Princes attacks until the King is dead.

You are now free to engage the Second Prince who will come at you with brute force attacks such as slams, swipes and jumping attacks all of which hit fairly hard so make good use of your spells and abilities.

This fight might take a while as the Second Prince has a good amount of defence and health meaning you need to conserve your Gourd unless you are proficient in dodging, keep an eye on your Focus Points and use jumping heavy attacks to create openings and continue attacking until the Second Prince is defeated.
