Here is the Lies of P Black Cat boss guide which will help you find and take down one of the antagonists who dared ransack Hotel Krat. Time for the Stalker to pay for his actions and face his consequences. You.
Location: Chapter 11, Arche Abbey Outer Wall.
Rewards: Black Cat Mask, x3,788 Ergo.
You will find the Black Cat as you make your way up through the Arche Abbey Outer Wall by taking the elevator on the left side of the bottom area where the Macho Man and the Trinity Sanctum is. Follow the path up to the arena where you can speak to the Black Cat who will ask for a Gold Coin Fruit as he did at the end of Chapter 7. Given the fact he was partially responsible for the attack at Hotel Krat and having played a large hand in the kidnapping of Geppetto, you can either give him a Gold Coin Fruit if you don’t feel like or refuse. For me, I felt like revenge was in order.
Refuse to give him any Gold Coin Fruit which will then cause him to go hostile and attack you with some hard hitting spear attacks as being fairly agile which is to be expected given his diminutive stature.
He can employ some decent combos and some charged thrusting attacks but given what you have taken down already in the game he shouldn’t pose you that many difficulties. I did die to him and I’m not making excuses but my batteries died in my controller which ended up spelling the death of me, so as long as your controller is charged up you should be able to take him down.
If you are struggling, remember that Acid is very effective against Human enemies as is Fire so utilise those elements as well as performing Fable Arts and strong attacks in an attempt to build stagger where you can then land a health shredding Fatal Blow which should either end of getting close to ending the fight where a few more attacks will do the job.
