Here is the Lies of P Champion Victor boss guide which will help you take down this hulking Titan across a 2 phase battle which will test your patience almost as much as your dodging skill.
Location: Chapter 7, Grand Exhibition Gallery.

Before you can take on Champion Victor you will need to go through the Grand Exhibition Gallery biome which is formidable given the amount of enemies, their power, attack patterns and frequency. Once you’re pass the Macho man go right when you’re up the stairs and kick the ladder down which then makes a shortcut from the Stargazer providing you don’t aggro the robot to the right of the area you can easily run pass the sword wielding Puppets.
Summon if you feel you need to, no one will judge you on that as Champion Victor is incredibly fast and he will literally pummel you in to the ground if you allow him to hit you. Whilst tanking hits does have its place in Lies of P along with perfect blocks, I strongly recommend going in with a build that is at maximum, slightly heavy which means you can still dodge with good distance.
Unless you have ground out a lot of levels and soft-capped your character as well as having the best defensive gear available to you by this point you still won’t survive a full onslaught on Victor’s vicious combos.
At the start of the fight Victor will rush you and perform hard hitting punches with varying degrees of range from full on hooks to short punches designed to smash your guard so dodge behind him when he starts a combo, get a few hits in before backing away when he spins around with a back fist that can knock large chunks from your health bar.
Avoid and bait the the dash attacks ensuring you dodge out of the way which is usually to the right at the last second which then gives you a healthy window to punish. Like most other 2 phase fights in Lies of P, being efficient in combat and frugal with your resources will help a great deal in the second half which sees the Champ absorb a full canister of Titan enhancing Decay into his body granting him massively increased power, speed and defence.
Now that Victor is a lot more Decay based than he was before I strongly recommend using any fire attacks on him as you can as fire melts Decay so it will give you a massive advantage so either use a Fire Abrasive to imbue your weapons with fire or just throw a few Thermite at him to inflict heavy burn damage.
Victor will now be a lot faster than he was before as well as having a few new moves chief amongst which is the ability to grab hold of you and beat you repeatedly which can easily half health you or worse depending on your gear and stats. When he’s done punching you, he will slam you into the ground so ensure you dodge away quickly before he stamps you back to the Stargazer.
Make good use of your Fable Arts ensuring you wait for the opportune moment as his charged attacks will smash straight through any Fable Art you try and unleash then get in there for a Fatal taking care in the 2nd phase as he will lash out several times when staggered before finally dropping down to one knee which then allows the Fatal. Keep the pressure and burn damage on him until you manage to bring the Titan down where his own Master will then perform the final blow to the now deceased Champ.
