Once you have a supply box, offer to give it to him and he will expand the offerings available for you to buy which can be very useful in helping you get through the end game as everything he has available is purchasable with Ergo.
Finding the Krat Supply Boxes won’t lock you out of any other element in the game so you are free to collect them once you’re in the given area then return them to Polendina at your leisure. After you defeat the Romeo, King of Puppets boss, Polendina will be out by the fountain, speak with him where he will return to his post on your next visit to Hotel Krat.
The 3 Krat Supply Boxes you can find throughout the City of Krat are as follows:
Krat Supply Box
Location: Chapter 4, St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel.
Make your way up to the top of the Cathedral Chapel crossing the beams and rafters ensuring you activate the shortcut before going through the gate which you can find a full guide for by referring to the St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel shortcut.
Go through the gate when you’re ready and take down the powerful Elite remembering that fire works very well against Decay. Either way, go through the gate which opens once the Elite is dead then take a right into the holding cells where you will find a chest which holds the Krat Supply Box.
Handing the Krat Supply Box to Polendina will make the following items available for purchase:
- Attribute Purification Ampoule.
- Bright Red Apple. (Give to Adelina Corday in Chapter 6, Estella Opera House before defeating Romeo, King of Puppets).
- x2 Dark moon Moonstone of the Covenant.
- Hidden Moonstone.
- x1 Venigni’s Urgent Repair Tool.
Sturdy Krat Supply Box
Chapter 7, Grand Exhibition Gallery.
Work through the Grand Exhibition Gallery pass the Macho man who you can either take down or pass to the final section of the gallery where you can take a left to enter the boss room where you fight the Champion Victor boss or you can go right to find a ladder you can activate which creates a shortcut back to the Stargazer.
Just to the right of the shortcut ladder will be a chest which holds the Sturdy Krat Supply Box.
Handing the Sturdy Krat Supply Box to Polendina will make the following items available for purchase:
- Alchemical Booster.
- Crescent Moonstone.
- x3 Dark moon Moonstone of the Covenant.
- Legion Caliber.
- Quartz.
- Special Purification Ampoule.
- x3 Venigni’s Urgent Repair Tool.
Special Krat Supply Box
Chapter 9, Collapsed Street.
Enter the house in front of the Stargazer and make your way up to the higher level taking care around the enemies as they can destroy you very quickly if you take to many cane attacks in quick succession. Once you’re up on the walkway around the edge of the building you can go round and kick the ladder down to make a shortcut which I recommend as the boss you need to take on is very challenging for most players.
Go back around the balcony to find an exploding male pacing around, drop down, kill him then back away from the imminent explosion before going to the end of the walkway, turn right then drop down to the ledge on your left where you will find a chest which holds the Special Krat Supply Box.
