Here we will go over how to acquire all of the Lies of P Legion Plugs of which there are 4 found through the City of Krat usually in obscure locations or hidden behind tough enemies. Legion Plugs are used to craft Legion Arms at Venigni’s Legion Arm crafting machine in Hotel Krat which can turn the tide of battle depending on the one you equip before a tough fight or a boss encounter. There are several Legion Arms you can create each with their own ability, they are:

Left Arm of Steel, delivers a strong punch.
Puppet String, pulls an enemy inn and staggers them momentarily.
Fulminis, produces a short range electric charge.
Flamberge, shoots a stream of flame forward.
Deus Ex Machina, sticks a proximity mine in the ground.
Pandemonium, fires Decay in an arc.
Aegis, shield against attacks before returning a portion of damage.
Falcon Eyes, fires a sticky grenade which explodes after a few seconds.

It will be the final 4 Legion Arms which require Legion Plugs meaning they play an important role in diversifying your playstyle which can heavily increase your chances of survival against certain enemy types, Elites and even bosses. The 4 Legion Plugs can all be found in your first playthrough and collecting them won’t require you to make any game changing or trophy negating decisions and they are as follows:

St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel Legion Plug.
Rosa Isabelle Street Legion Plug.
Grand Exhibition Gallery Legion Plug.
Krat Central Station Legion Plug.

St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel Legion Plug

Location: Chapter 4, St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel.
The first Legion Plug you can find will require you to get to the top of the Cathedral Chapel by going up and around the beams and rafters, jumping through the gaps in the cogs then turn right to find a lever you can pull to change the rotation of the platforms which then creates a shortcut. Refer to the St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel shortcut if you need help in figuring it all out.

With the platforms now moving up rather than down get back down to the lower level by either warping back to the Stargazer or drop down the rafters again, either way, once you’re down there equip a small weapon then ride the platforms up which can be found to the right of the decay pool on the lower level of the Chapel.

Around halfway up you will see a small ledge you can drop on to which aggros 2 Carcass enemies so put them down then loot the chest at the back of the alcove to obtain the Legion Plug.

Rosa Isabelle Street Legion Plug

Location: Chapter 6, Rosa Isabelle Street.
Proceed through Rosa Isabelle Street to where you enter the large multi-storey house with Puppet maids inside. Kill the first maid then avoid or kill the exploding girls. Go through into the room on your right and drop down through the floor.

Go out of the room then head up the stairs to find a safe which holds the Legion Plug.

Grand Exhibition Gallery Legion Plug

Location: Chapter 7, Grand Exhibition Gallery.
Make your way through the Grand Exhibition Gallery to where you take down the moustached puppet with a triple firing gun and you go down the stairs to the area with a train carriage in the middle of the area and more gun wielding Puppets.

You need to go through the opening in the back wall to progress the game, however, if you go up the stairs to your left you will find a powerful puppet who needs putting down which then enables you to loot the chest against the back wall to find this Legion Plug.

Krat Central Station Legion Plug

Location: Chapter 9, Krat Central Station.
Once you’re outside, push through the area taking out the enemies as you go to where you will find an Elite Decay enemy pacing up and down the ramp. Kill the Elite to acquire this Legion Plug.
