Location: Chapter 3, Workshop Union Culvert.

Survivor can be found by going through the tunnel pass the rolling ball to the end where the puppet bursts through the wall with the girder, go to the end of the tunnel then take a right up the stairs, go right then right again into a room with a ladder you can climb down to be in the room with the Survivor.
Interact with him where he will announce all puppets need to die before attacking you with fast combos, powerful thrusts and slashes as well as charged combos which can knock your stamina away quickly leaving you staggered. Focus on perfect parries if you have the timing otherwise work on whittling his health down whilst blocking anything that comes your way.
Use the table in the middle of the small room to create distance enabling you to heal and repair your weaponry if you need to. It’s also a good opportunity to use throwable items as they usually arc over the table.
Keep pressure on and stay clear of the charged attacks to bring the Survivor down.
