Lords of the Fallen Directory.
Here we will go over where you can find all of the Lords of the Fallen Grand Hammers which are melee weapons in the game and there are 12 in the game for you to collect all of which count towards Weapon Collector. Grand Hammers are all about maximum power with slow, very heavy, hard hitting strikes designed to knock enemies off balance allowing for follow up attacks that can strip large chunks from an enemies health bar. Be cautious though as Grand Hammers have a long recover time between swings so if you miss you are virtually defenceless.
