Here is the Monster Energy Supercross 4 Veteran Trophy Guide where we help you complete every challenge in the Journal. The journal is accessible at any time from the career mode menus and it basically tracks all your progress as you play through this mode. Featuring a total of 28 challenges to complete each challenge has 4 tiers to complete. Here is a list of all challenges:
Perform 100 Successful Scrubs
A scrub is where you travel over a jump whilst scrubbing off as much air as possible, this can be performed over most of the bigger jumps on any track in the game, simply move L3+R3 towards or away from each other to perform a scrub.
Perform 100 Successful Whips
A whip is very similar to a scrub however a whip is more like a mid-air stunt which can be performed over most jumps on the game by pressing the L3+R3 buttons in the same direction left or right as you go over a jump.
Perform 200 Jumps
This will happen naturally as you play through career mode.
Spend 3,500 Seconds In The Air
Just like the perform 200 jumps, this will happen naturally through career mode.
Get 20 Perfect Starts
A perfect start is when you get out of the start gates just as the traps drop, hold L1+R2 then pay attention to the time it takes for the race to start as this is fixed to around 5 seconds so release L1 at the correct time and if the gates drop you will get the perfect start, if not, keep trying until you get it right, then do it for a total of 20 times.
Complete 50 Races
The pro season is 17 races long so complete 3 pro seasons to check this off the list.
Win 50 Qualifying Sessions
Set the event length to the real thing and each race will have a 10 minute qualifying session so aim to get first as many times as possible.
Win 50 Heats
After qualifying you will be placed into a heat race prior to the main event so keep winning three heats until you racked up 50 wins.
Complete 50 Standard Events
With the event length set to the real thing you will get this alongside completing 50 races.
Win 8 Triple Crowns
A Triple Crown event features 3 short races rather than 1 main event, Glendale and Arlington are the only Triple Crown events on the calendar so rinse and repeat until you have won 8 Triple Crowns.
Win 10 East / West Showdowns
Only Salt Lake City R17 is an East / West Showdown so complete it 10 times.
Perform 500 Overtakes
Another challenge you will unlock naturally on your way to the Platinum.
Unlock 50 Abilities
The skill tree has a total of 60 abilities to unlock so you will get this as you work towards the, The Greatest Trophy for completing the entire skill tree.

Sign 8 Official Team Contracts
At contract renewals you can sign for either a team or a sponsor so choose the official team option 8 separate times.

A rewind is activated by pressing so don’t use this feature across 100 laps.
100 Laps Without Falling
When you first start the game you may fall to start off with but after a while you will get the hang of how the bikes handle so this will come naturally.
20 Victories Vs Rivals

A holeshot is the rider who starts the race and crossing the solid white line on the track first so do this alongside the perfect start challenge.
Win 5 Championships
Most of these will happen during natural progression so I suggest you play the game until you have the 5 championship victories then check back to your journal to mop up what’s left.
