The High-spirited Demon is a main mission in the Twilight region, in total, there are 6 Armita shards you need to destroy to unlock this trophy.
These shards are massive and emit an orange nova type attack that can damage you quite heavily if you get to close to them, wait for the nova to release then get in there and destroy the Amrita shard before the nova goes off again.
The locations for all 6 Amrita shards are as follows:
First Amrita Shard
Make your way down the ramps at the start of the mission, proceed up and to the right, kick down the tree trunk to make a bridge, go over this bridge to find your first Amrita shard.
Second Amrita Shard
Drop down from the first shards’ location and proceed left, go up through the small building, take out the Kamataichi mini-boss here, at the end of the arena will be your second Amrita shard.
Third Amrita Shard
Proceed forward from your second shards’ location, cross the broken tree trunk bridge to find yourself in the dark realm, inside the area will be your third Amrita shard.
Fourth Amrita Shard
Continue through the mission until you need to take out the Magatsu Warrior and obtain the key to get through the small wooden door, carry on down this crevice to end up on top of a building, on the roof of this building is a small hole, drop down through here to find your fourth shard.
Fifth Amrita Shard
Carry on through the level from the fourth Amrita shards’ location, either run past or defeat all of the enemies you come across, your fifth shard is in the middle of a courtyard where a Mezuki is patrolling, just before you go up the ramps to face the boss.
Sixth Amrita Shard
If we start off from where the fifth Amrita shard was, make your way up the ramps, dealing with every enemy as you go, once you have gone up 3 of the 4 ramps, the last one will see a Megatsu Warrior send a boulder down to you.
This boulder will smash a portion of wall, make your way through the now broken wall to find your sixth and final Amrita shard.
Once you have destroyed all 6 Amrita shards, your Trophy will then unlock.
