Here is the Nioh 2 DLC Pack 2 Darkness In The Capital Spa Fanatic trophy guide which will help you bathe in every hot spring found in “Darkness in the Capital”.
There are 3 Hot Springs in the Darkness in the Capital DLC.
Here are the missions and the locations where you can find them:
Hot Spring 1
The Blighted Gate, level 131 Main Mission.
Proceed through the mission to the third shrine which will initially be in a dark realm with a Koroka and a Tesso. Go up the first floor defeating the Fox Spirit to dispel the dark realm, from here go down to the ground floor, look at the shrine then go through the doors to your right and make your way forward then left to find the Hot Spring.
Hot Spring 2
Palace of the Damned, level 134 Main Mission.
Make your way through the mission and take out the White Tiger, from here, go through the caves until you get to the the ramp leading up to the building where you fight the Nue mini boss.
On the right side of the ramp will be a Nurikabe which you can get pass with either Gestures or Combat. Once pass the Nurikabe go to the end of the path to find the Hot Spring.
Hot Spring 3
The Buddha’s palm, level 132 Sub Mission.
Continue through the mission to where you have gone pass the lightning Onyudo where you would head around to the Gaki as well as the One-eyed Oni.
Just before getting to the end of the path where the One-eyed Oni will spawn will be a ladder on the left wall. Go up this ladder, activate the shade eyes at the statue which will open a section of wall behind which will be the Hot Spring.
Once you have bathed in all 3 Hot Springs, your Trophy will unlock.
