Here is the Nioh 2 DLC Pack 3 The First Samurai The Original Samurai Trophy Guide. I recommend going through the missions on the difficulty you’re comfortable with so you get a feel for them as the majority of the main and sub missions can be incredibly challenging.
You are going to be facing a new series of yokai in the DLC which will push you to your limits.
Here is the complete list of missions found throughout the, The First Samurai DLC:
Dawn of the Demon
Main Mission, level 138.
Head through the area and up to the right into the building, defeat the yokai and collect the Village Gate Key, from here, go through and reduce Otakemaru’s health down to 20%.
Carry on through the area up to the right then across the water where you will come to the Tate Eboshi boss fight. Defeat her to complete the mission.
A Distant Dream
Main Mission, level 142.
Make your way through the mission and defeat the White Tiger then head through the caves and take down the Nue.
From here, head through and defeat a powerful lightning master, Ashiya Damon and finally defeat the Lightning Gods of Yomi boss to complete the mission.
Ensure you bring plenty of lightning stop talismans with you in this mission as every boss uses the lightning element with devastating effect.
In Search of the Elixir
Sub Mission, level 139.
Proceed through the mission to the caves, head up the ladder out of the caves and through the catacombs.
Drop down into an arena ensuring you take the NPC summoning lantern down as soon as you can, defeat the yokai and finally Yatsu-no-Kami to complete the mission.
Words of Respite
Sub Mission, level 140.
Make your way through the mission collecting the 4 Grand Masters Brushes (follow the mission markers).
Once you have collected the fourth brush, the mission will complete.
The Alluring Ancient
Sub Mission, level 143.
Defeat the Ancient Nyotengu to complete the mission.
Battle at the Temple
Sub Mission, level 144.
Proceed through the mission and take out the yokai and the Enenra in the courtyard allowing you to progress through to the second shrine.
Head through and defeat the Tate Eboshi to complete the mission.
Against All Comers
Sub Mission, level 145.
Take on and defeat every single yokai dropping items to the Scampuss when you are ready to progress through to the next series of yokai waves.
Use elixirs sparingly as there are no shrines in this mission. This mission is difficult on Dream of the Samurai let alone any other difficulty given the sheer numbers of yokai you’re going to need to take down.
Defeat them all to complete the mission.
A Spirit's Return
Sub Mission, level 146.
Proceed through the mission defeating every yokai as you go in order to progress through to the next area.
Defeat Fujiwara no Chikata and speak to the Kappa to complete the mission.
A Familiar Glow
Sub Mission, level 147.
Defeat a very powerful Nightmare Bringer to complete the mission.
Rivals Return
Sub Mission, level 148.
Defeat all of the yokai as you make your way through this arena, including Tate Eboshi, Otakemaru and the Nightmare Bringer to complete the mission.
Undying Light
Sub Mission, level 149.
Defeat Kukai to complete the mission.
Once you have completed every mission in the, The First Samurai DLC, your Trophy will unlock.
