Here is the Nioh 2 Peal Of Ten Thousand Bells Trophy Guide. The Ruin Draws Near is a mission in the Twilight region, it’s in here you need to find 6 bells that are located throughout the mission and knock them from their supports, a good series of attacks will do the trick. The bells are in the following locations:

First Bell

On the second floor in the first dark realm area, in the centre of this room.

Second Bell

Make your way around through the level, taking a left down some stairs, you will find this bell in the middle of this room behind some wooden railings in the lower level of the building.

Third Bell

In the room directly next to the second bell, off to the right, you’ll find the third bell at the end of the long room.

Fourth Bell

In the second dark realm area you come to next to an Ippon – Datara enemy before you make your way up the ramp.

Fifth Bell

Continue through the mission until you get to the large room with the fallen pillar going diagonally through the level, make your way to the other side of the room. The bell will be on the same level as when you enter behind some wooden railings.
