The Bloodsheds End DLC is the third and final of the DLC packs for Nioh and this pack is as tough as they come. Here is the complete Guide to help you through this DLC Pack.
Spirit Stones Run Amok
Completed “The Sanada’s Resolve.”
Make your way up and through the mission taking care not to get hit by the cannon fire from above passing the NPCs as you go, these guys are a tough fight and have an entourage with them for the most part. Once you have made it to the very top of the mission, fight and defeat Sanada Yukimura a very powerful fire based boss who has a lethal diving attack as well as some health ripping combos. Defeat Sanada Yukimura to complete the mission, unlocking your Trophy.
To Yodogimi’s Side
Completed “Resentment Unleashed.”
Proceed through defeating the yokai as you go in order to access the next area until you get to the Onmaroki boss fight. This overgrown budgie can be a hard to handle due to the fact it can hover above the ground, unleashes powerful poison and yokai realm breath, strong pecking attacks as well as attacking you with its talons. Stay behind it as much as you can utilising fire and lightning as best as you can, bring your buffs / debuffs will help you throughout the fight. Once Onmaroki has been taken down, the mission will complete and your trophy will unlock.
Turmoil’s End
Completed “The Last Samurai.”
Proceed through the mission taking down the Magatsu Warrior, acquiring the Audience Hall Key head through going up and around the amrita branches to where you will find amrita clusters which teleport enhanced Yoki to battle you. Taking these teleporters down is essential, use a living weapon if you’re not strong enough as the enemy’s will just keep coming otherwise. Head up and through to face off against Otani Yoshitsugu, after the fight, head through and open the shortcut to the shrine then head up another level to fight Ishida Mitsunari who is a lot harder than he was in the main games A Defiled Holy Mountain mission.
Head up again to face off against Toyotomi Hideyori, defeat him where he will then join you fighting against the yokai that you will face on the next floor, these guys are tough as they include several very powerful NPCs, Magatsu Warriors and Yoki. Defeat them all to move up another floor. Your boss for this level is the Nine-Tailed Fox, an incredibly powerful fire based Guardian Spirit boss who can wreck your health in a second, cover range with fire attacks, swipe at you, spin around and jump incredibly quickly. Bring a water based living weapon to have an easier time of it here and take your time with the fight.
Bait her into jumping at you then dodge, get one or two hits and and scoot away before she can hit you with a swipe. Patience is the key to victory in this fight. Once the Nine-Tailed Fox has been defeated, the mission will complete and your Trophy will unlock.
Bringer of Peace
Completed all “Siege of Osaka (Summer)” missions.
There are a fair few missions to complete in the Siege of Osaka (Summer) Region, all of which will unlock as you complete the unlocked missions as they become available. In addition to the main and sub missions, you will also need to complete 1 Twilight Mission, the Twilight Mission, Unyielding Hellfire will unlock once you complete the, The Sanada’s Resolve, level 217 main mission.
Check out the complete Bringer Of Peace trophy guide for how to complete all Siege of Osaka (Summer) missions.
The Final Stand
Completed all “Siege of Osaka (Summer)” missions on Way of the Demon.
Out of the 3 DLC packs that have released for Nioh this is by far the hardest trophy in the game to earn, if you have managed to 100% both the Dragon of the North and Defiant Honour Trophy lists, first of all, well done, however, you have a massive uphill battle in order to complete every mission in the Bloodshed’s End DLC. You have mission to contend with such as The Last Samurai which is difficult enough on Way of the Samurai, on Way of the Demon it becomes a level 695 mission.
You have similar stories with The Grand Tournament, which sees you needing to take on and defeat over 100 enemies, most of which are enhanced (red) which becomes a level 705 mission. then there’s Ryu Hyabusa who you need to defeat in the, The Master Ninja mission which becomes level 715 not to mention then other missions you need to complete including the Twilight. You know what to do here, level both yourself and your gear as high as you need to complete the missions and work your way through until you have completed them all on Way of the Demon, unlocking your Trophy.
Wrinkly Soaker
Bathed in every hot spring in the “Siege of Osaka (Summer)” chapter.
In total, there are 6 Hot Springs to find in the Siege of Osaka (Summer) Region, to use one, you simply need to get into the Hot Spring then hold Circle in order to “bathe” in the Spring.
Check out the complete Wrinkly Soaker trophy guide for where to find all 6 hot springs throughout Bloodshed’s End.
The Ultimate Guide
Collected all Kodama in the “Siege of Osaka (Summer)” chapter.
There are, as there were in the previous 2 DLC packs or Nioh, 25 Kodama to find and collect in Bloodshed’s End.
Check out the complete The Ultimate Guide Trophy Guide. for where to find every Kodama you need.
Battle-Hardened Veteran
Completed “The Grand Tournament” on Way of the Strong or higher.
The Grand Tournament on Way of the Strong is a level 455 sub mission and is easily the hardest Sub Mission in the game as you have 100+ enemies to defeat including several bosses, you have no shrine and Elixirs rarely drop. Ensure you have a good amount of large spirit stones / spirit stones equipped on your shortcuts in order to recharge your living weapon. You will have everything from Yoki to Oni-bi, Karasu Tengus to giant Dwellers, Mages, Fox Spirits, Namahage and Magatsu Warriors coming for you in this mission as well as the following bosses:
- Fuku.
- Li Naomasa.
- Tachibana Muneshige.
- Honda Tadakatsu.
- Miyamoto Musashi & Sasaki Kojiro (fight at the same time).
Ensure you have collected every Kodama in the The Siege of Osaka (Summer) Region allowing you to bring the maximum amount of Elixirs with you. Debuffs / buffs as usual which should be standard by now if you’ve made it through the game this far then give it a go. Depending on how much you struggle with the mission will depend on how much you need to level up in order to be able to complete the mission, get a feel for what’s what then eventually, you’ll be able to beat the mission. Once you have beaten The Grand Tournament on Way of the Strong, your Trophy will then unlock.
The Master’s Master
Completed “The Master Ninja” on Way of the Strong or higher.
Run through the DLC main missions where the, The Master Ninja will unlock. Put the game on Way of the Strong difficulty where the mission will be accessible at a level 465 sub mission, against none other than Jin Hayabusa (if you don’t know him, have a Google). Jin is a legendary Ninja who utilises a sword and Kusarigama as well as any enemy in the game, he is incredibly fast, unleashes blistering combos, has near enough unlimited Ki and a very large health pool.
Combine all of that with the fact he is an an expert at dodging your debuffs as well as blocking / countering your attacks you are in for as tough, tough fight here. Bring a lightning based living weapon with you in order to help slow him down allowing for a bit more freedom of movement, Sloth (Onmyo Jutsu which slows enemies movements). Devigorate (Onmyo Jutsu which lowers enemy attack power) and Weakness Talismans (Onmyo Jutsu which lowers enemy defence) are invaluable in this fight as are Power Pills (Ninjitsu Jutsu which boosts attack power,) and Steel Talismans (Onmyo Jutsu which boosts your defence).
Ensure you have large spirit stones equipped on your shortcut menu to help recharge your living weapon then practice until you get the win basically. There is no “easy mode” for this fight (that I know of, if you know one, leave it in the comments for other people to try please). Defeat Jin Hayabusa to complete the mission on Way of the Strong or higher, unlocking your Trophy.
Journey into The Abyss
Completed the 20th plane in The Abyss.
The Abyss is a new addition that came along with the Bloodshed’s End DLC pack and is a serious challenge. To put it into context, there are 999 floors in The Abyss and you need to clear floor 20 but don’t make the mistake of thinking this will be a walk in the park. Clearing floors 15-20 will be the same as clearing main missions on Way of the Demon giving you a serious challenge here if you’re underprepared.
When you start the Abyss, you have 4 boats available, one of which you can take through to an area, kill all the yokai to complete that section then go for another boat until you have completed all 4 boat areas you can then go through and take on a boss where, once beaten, that particular “floor” will be completed and you can move on to the next floor. You can go straight through to the boss, however, each completed boat will weaken / debuff the boss making the fight a lot easier to complete. Work your way through to the 20th Floor in The Abyss to unlock your Trophy.
Cannon Fodder
Destroyed all the destructible cannons in “The Sanada’s Resolve.”
There are 5 cannons you will need to destroy in the The Sanada’s Resolve main mission, destroying them will require any artillery you have either rifle, hand cannon or bomb, fire / throw the artillery at the red barrel to destroy the cannon.
Check out the complete Cannon Fodder trophy guide for how to destroy every cannon in The Sanada’s Resolve.
Ornithicide
Defeated the Onmoraki during “Resentment Unleashed.”
The Onmoraki is the boss in Resentment Unleashed, however, you need to “defeat” it before the boss fight (you’ll still need to fight and defeat it to complete the mission). To do so, bring a Rifle with you and plenty of ammo then in the first section of the level where you have 2 NPCs helping fight the yokai after going through the first wooden doors the Onmoraki will spawn on the rooftops to the top left of the area. Run to a quiet spot and take a few shots at it, once you have dealt enough damage, the Onmaroki will fly off and you Trophy will unlock.
The Sinister Arts
Destroyed all the Revenant contraptions on “The Last Samurai.”
Revenant contraptions are the large amrita teleporters found throughout tatter half of the level, there are 5 revenant contraptions to find. All of which can take some heavy damage before they break and will keep spawning yokai until they have been smashed.
Check out the complete The Sinister Arts trophy guide for how to destroy every Revenant Contraption in The Last Samurai.
That’s the Nioh DLC Pack 3 Bloodsheds End Trophy Guide complete I hope it helps you through the pack.
