Here is the Nioh DLC Pack 3 Bloodshed’s End Wrinkly Soaker trophy guide which will help you bathed in every hot spring in the “Siege of Osaka (Summer)” chapter.
In total, there are 6 Hot Springs to find in the Siege of Osaka (Summer) Region, to use one, you simply need to get into the Hot Spring then hold in order to “bathe” in the Spring.
The Hot Springs can be found at the following Missions / locations:
Hot Spring 1
The Sanada’s Resolve, Level 217 Main Mission.
Proceed through the mission until you face the NPC wielding an odachi, defeat him then open the wooden doors, take a right into the caves where you will find the Hot Spring.
Hot Spring 2
Resentment Unleashed, Level 227 Main Mission.
Continue through the mission pass the first area you need to kill all the yokai, from there, go through the stables and up the broken section of roof where the 2 Yoki are, go down into the building to find a Nurikabe as part of the left wall.
Get pass the Nurikabe using either Gestures or combat to find the Hot Spring.
Hot Spring 3
The Last Samurai, Level 242 Main Mission.
From the start of the mission, go forward pass the Yoki and the Magatsu Warrior into the building, go through to find a Nurikabe against the back wall to the right.
Get pass the Nurikabe using either Gestures or combat to find the Hot Spring at the end of the path.
Hot Spring 4
The Last Samurai, Level 242 Main Mission.
Go through the mission until you defeat Ishida Mitsunari, from here, go up 2 levels around the amrita walkway, go back into the building pass the Magatsu Warrior then go to the left to find the Hot Spring.
Hot Spring 5
Courage and Wisdom, level 230 Sub Mission.
From the star of the mission, go forward, defeat the Karasu Tengu and the NPC, go left pass the Namahage, cross the bridge to your right, make the next left and drop down to the right to the ice below.
Follow the path to the right to find the Hot Spring, take care though as there is a Karasu Tengu you need to defeat who is waiting for you in the Hot Spring.
Hot Spring 6
Guardian in the Shadows, Level 237 Sub Mission.
Cross the first section to pass the enemies, go up the stairs taking care around the Skeleton Warrior with the hand cannon.
Take the first right up the stairs pass the Mages to find the Hot Spring, in the Hot Spring will be an Onyudo, defeat it to be able to bathe in the Hot Spring.
Once you have “bathed” in all 6 Hot Springs, your Trophy will unlock.
