Here is the Nioh Gesture Maser trophy guide which will help you acquire 40 gestures. Gestures are obtained in a number of ways, you will start the game with a good amount of gestures already unlocked. Before you go for this trophy, I recommend you get the Samurai of Legend trophy out of the way as that will unlock a lot more gestures along the way. The remaining gestures can be purchased from the Hidden Teahouse found at the Starting Point menu, choose the Trade option then go to the Gestures tab to purchase any outstanding Gestures.
In order to purchase Gestures, you will need Glory which can only be obtained by having an online connection then fighting and defeating red grave revenants, the amount of glory you will receive depends on how your opponents level differs to your own.
