Firth The Oathkeeper is a very tricky Aberration to find as its somewhat RNG, somewhat skill based and if you blink you could miss the opportunity to find out where he is hiding out. You will need the Palace Courtyard starting point in Losomn where you will have either Faelin or Faerin as the World boss with their respective arenas being accessible once you have the Faelin and Faerin Mural pieces with the latter being obtainable in the Malefic Palace biome.
You need to be very careful in the Malefic Palace and please read the entire guide up to where we enter the room where Firth the Oathkeeper can be found before progressing blindly or you do risk having to do a complete re roll as once you enter the room with the Faerin Mural piece, the Jester, who controls the cards won’t want to play anymore and you will be out of options. The card you need to obtain Faerin’s Mural Piece is the card with the 2 King’s faces on it. There are 5 cards in total the Jester will perform with, the card you need to spawn Firth the Oathkeeper is the one with the Horned Demon’s Face on it.
It doesn’t matter if you choose a different card to the Horned Demon you just need to ensure you don’t choose the Two King’s Face card. Any of the 4 other cards will allow you to leave the room then re enter after looting the chest at the back which is actually what causes Firth the Oathkeeper to spawn in.
As long as you have go through the room with the Horned Demon’s Face, interacting with the chest at the back of the room will cause a clown horn to sound and you will be ambushed by a few Fae where eventually, Firth will appear as well.
Nearly every Aberration in Remnant 2 will have 2 abilities under their name which can either trivialise the encounter or really crank up the difficulty, if you have abilities like Shocker or Displacer then you will be in for a tough time of it whereas Empathy and Minions aren’t that bad to deal with so hopefully you get a good role.
Firth is a tougher version of the flying, armoured Fae you will have been dealing with as you have been making your way through the non Dran sections of Losomn, he will hit harder, have a lot more health and be more of a nuisance to deal with than his lesser skilled counterparts.
Avoid the arrows and be careful of the magic fire that remains where the arrows land and when Firth dodges, anticipate where he will stop rolling and unload your powerful attacks in to him whilst also doing with the never ending Fae spawns which won’t stop until you bring Firth the Oathkeeper down.
