Here is where to find the Remnant 2 Pulsing Heart Relic. Relics are how you heal in Remnant 2 and having different options for different scenarios that are hot swappable is only a good thing considering the difficulty Remnant 2 presents.

Yaesha, Endaira’s End.
Relic Abilities: On use, pulses every 2 seconds, healing allies within 7 metres for 20 Health over 0.5 seconds per pulse. Lasts 15 seconds.
Head through Endaira’s End to the very end of the dungeon where you can collect the Endaira’s Endless Loop Ring from the Altar in the final room. There is, however, an entirely new hidden section in Endaira’s End which is a maze style area filled with enemies, traps and loot including the Pulsating Heart Relic which is found behind an illusionary wall in the final area after clearing the maze.

The maze itself is accessed by standing on the hidden platform on the right of where you collected the Endaira’s Endless Loop Ring revealing a section of wall. Take care before going through the maze though as for the most part, there will be a small switch locked into the floor which if depressed will send a volley of insta-kill arrows your way so roll through each open doorway diagonally quickly before the wall closes down killing you instantly with no chance of revival in solo play (I haven’t played co-op).

In order to get through the maze to the Pulsing Heart, you will need to go forward through the first 2 rooms to the third room taking care of the enemies carefully as you go and also being aware there is an Aberration who will pop up in a random room called Fester who will fill the area with enemies and taking them all down with the trap plates on the floor can be lethal so back in to a corner and unload or run away. In the third room, take the left exit after standing on the central plate then go through the right exit in to the next room where Fester spawned for me and disappeared meaning I couldn’t kill it as backtracking isn’t allowed in the maze.

Go through the only side of the room which opens then go straight through the next 2 rooms and out through the right wall of the third room you will be in.

Continue straight where you will come to an Altar which contains the Tempest Conduit ring you can collect.

From here, climb the ladder on your left and vault over the wall where you will come to a room. Look to your left and walk through the illusionary wall where you can collect the Pulsing Heart Relic.
